As Amandq stated, you all should get back on track to the suggestion at hand. If you want to start a fight about this, I’d suggest taking it elsewhere.
You know it takes more than one person to start a fight, right?
The offtopic discussion includes more than one person. Though, that’s not my point. I suggested you’d take it elsewhere, as this thread is mainly about ‘PartyZone ban reset(s)’, and not deep discussions on WHY people have been banned. Or, way offtopic discussions and fights on LGBTQ+ or religious offences.
Sliding in another complaint about how topics such as religion are banned because "they can start flame wars," link to my cool thread from a while back https://mcpz.net/threads/stop-locking-threads-for-arguments.50738/ as this can apply to general server chat. Topics like religion shouldn't be disallowed because not every religious conversation will cause cases of rule violation; assuming the contrary would be delusional. If rule breaking occurs, it can be dealt with accordingly. That's the entire subject of my thread linked above; I highly suggest everybody give it a read. In it, I provide multiple examples of times where threads have been locked and conversations shut down because the topic is "controversial" and "starts arguments" even though no rule-breaking was occurring. One of those threads, if I recall correctly, was on the topic of mental asylums in creative roleplays, which ended up being a highly-sensitive topic. Religion is a sensitive topic, too, but the mental asylum one turned out fine. Give people more of a chance to have discussions without breaking rules.
But yeah, back on topic - I agree with what's being said above only to a certain extent - this suggestion is about a ban reset, and I don't even know why this suggestion is still active based on the feedback it has been receiving. I don't think a ban reset is a good idea because it will let a lot of troublemakers back on the server and cause even more work for the PartyZone staff. While the punishment and appeal system is far from flawless, it is here for a reason: to help people who feel they have been wrongly punished. I think the punishment/appeal system needs constant attention and reworking, and that's one of our responsibilities as the server community: to give feedback so our experience can be improved.

About the ban reset - no. This was repeated like fifty times but people were banned for a reason. Let me just list a few parties that would be banned:
-Trolls
-Spam bots
-Ex-staff, potentially. Perhaps they're seeking revenge or some other irrelevant jack.
-Mass Griefers
So what I'm hearing is, you want all of those parties AND others coming back here? I don't think so. We've got appeals for people who WANT to come back. If a false punishment was denied an appeal, remember that the systems are being worked on and improved upon.
Now, about the really uncalled for argument that popped up:
PZ does not care whether you agree with the LGBT, or any other party for that matter. All we ask is that you don't bother people about it, we aren't saying "yeah um respect the gay or get banned." I know a few people on PZ that don't agree with LGBT, but they've respectfully kept that opinion to themselves, and respectfully explained why they think so without slamming people. And guess what, they're not punished. Amazing what minding your business does, huh?
You did also break this rule in a way:
I don't mean disrespect (maybe) but 1. you gotta realise people aren't here to listen to that, and 2. you really took this thread off topic. I wouldn't be surprised if the thread got locked after this message but this wasn't the place to complain about your ban. We have appeals for a reason. And if you get/got denied those appeals then... that's end of the line, I suppose.
If you really wanna fight with me, then DM me. Don't respond here because I'd like this thread back on topic.

You and I have VERY different definitions of respect. I really don't care if you're religious. I'm religious, and that doesn't mean I'm allowed to go commando on the LGBT legends. In fact, I and many other religious people over the world (not just Christians) know what it means to be LGBT, but you clearly don't. Please don't try fighting against something you don't understand. And you can let people worry about themselves about Heaven and Hell. That's none of your business.
Telling people "HEY YOU'RE GOING TO HELL FOR LIKING BOYS" seems like harassment to me.

You've evidently annoyed quite a few people here, you've disrespected about 90% of the server and definitely irritated them. If you're asking why you're not allowed to talk about religion, this entire argument should be explanation enough. Also a Minecraft server really isn't the place to preach. People are here to play video games, not listen to sermons.

Never even thought about thoses points. Anyways to add on if we do regain a good player base of 1000ish I'm sure with the massive amount of unbans these people would come back and do the same thing. As well more work on staff especially.

I don't really like the community of LGBT as I don't adore the way they represent themselves. I still support it just the community seems a bit odd. Anywho no need to change my mind but LGBT doesn't need to be talked about as it is a good cause at heart. Just end this pointless arguement and move on to the subject at hand. Cool you were banned for countlessly hating on a community. As many have pointed out it is in the rules hey don't hate on a group or start a flame war. Try to understand the community instead of hating it. You would probally be unbanned if you show that you aren't gonna repeat your offense.
I mean, I understand where you're getting it from the ban reset. It is better to appeal as Jules had said.
