Lagged - Story signups

So this is a story idea I got when someone asked 'why is it so laggy?' on creative. I plan on writing this story with my own characters with a different storyline but based off the same thing. But then I thought 'this idea came from PZ, why not make it from people on PZ, too?'. So if anyone wants to sign up for this storyline then please use the form down below.

Spoiler: Storyline

There is a plague, called the lag, and it makes it so that anyone infected cannot move whatsoever or talk, they're in a permanent state of this and fully aware of it. The plague has been slowly claiming victims and the cause remaining unknown for almost 19 years now and some teens have been sent to a camp so they're less likely to be infected. Their every move is kept track of so that if anyone becomes infected the people watching them understand why and they can stop it from happening to everyone else.

Also if no one signs up for this then, ok then, I'm still making my own version.

Backstory: her parents were both victims to the lag when she was seven so she's been alone for years, surviving by herself. She distrusts people because they've tried to take her to the safety zone she's now in, against her will, many times.

Backstory: Was born and raised in England but was abandoned by parents at a young age, 5, and was taken by social services to an orphanage where they discovered they were agender and were they have lived for 10 years, they never interacted with the other orphans but went to the woods every day and run, read and draw their troubles away, then they left to Spain as a foreign exchange student. After living there for 3 years they moved back.

Appearance (preferably a link to a photo drawing, but a description is fine too): Wolfia has weird eyes, they change based on their mood, mostly their eyes are a dark blue, if angry/tired/sad they turn into a dark grey, if extremely angry the eyes turn a almost black grey, if happy the eyes turn light blue, like the sky. Wolfia is 6'1.

Backstory: Her sister, Saskya, and her parents were infected with the lag and Raya was forced to run away and find somewhere safe. In this case, the camp.

Name: Noralillie Falkov
Nickname: Nora

Personality: She's quiet, and mysterious. Not much is known about her due to the fact that she doesn't open up to many people, other than family and people she can trust. She's selectively mute, and suffers with a severe case of social anxiety. She's shy in a cute way, and when she finally opens up to you, she's an amazing person. Sweet as honey, caring, and very forgiving. She's tender-hearted and patient, that can calm people down with her soft voice during bad situations. Despite this, she's also determined and full of hope. She's fragile and quite the pushover, and honest, the type of person that wouldn't lie. She'd do anything for people she cares about, and even for people who hate her or are evil, she'll still risk everything to save or help them. She's insecure about herself, but won't show it to someone unless they're special to her {{Crush, family, friends.}}.
Backstory: Her mother was an amazing women, but died due to a car crash. Before her death, she gave Noralillie a special necklace, that was shaped of a black music-note. It wasn't plastic, nor glass, it was nothing Nora has seen before. She keeps it with her at all times, and it seems to have guided her throughout her life. Her dad, on the other hand, is constantly stressed, his boss always gives him a hard time, and he's always busy. Due to this, her dad has a large drinking issue, smokes, and has big anger issues. He takes his stress off at Nora, by making her do chores, and at some times, by abusing her. Due to this, Nora stays away from her house most of the time, and asks other people if they want to hang out just to avoid going home, it's as if she has a fear of the house, but in reality she has a fear of her father. Nora believes that her mom's soul protects and guides her, and when she's troubled, she talks aloud in hopes of her mother hearing what she says and helping her. She has a big brother, as well, who's the most important living person in her life so far, he's always believed in her and stood up for her. He loved telling her jokes to make her laugh, and he's often by her side, he can always make her smile.

Secrets: Her father is the thing she hides, she normally tells people that she lives with her big brother alone. Another secret is her hidden eye, which is unusually colored and blind. Hair Color: She has light blonde hair that fades into raspberry pink, and then black.
Hair Length: Her hair is quite long, going past her torso and just above her knees.
Hair EXTRA: Her hair is wavy and fluffy, and she was born with weirdly colored hair, so its natural for her to stand out.
Hairstyle: She keeps her hair down and some in front on one side.
Bangs Style: Her bangs hide one of her eyes fully, leaving the other completely visible.
Skin Color: She's between brown and white, a natural tan skin color.
Height: She's quite short, at around 4'6
Outfit: She wears a sunset-colored oversized sweater with a moon and stars on it, with a black skirt hidden underneath it. She then wears cute matching shoes with stockings on one side. She also has a black choker and 2 black earrings per ear.
Eyelashes: She has gorgeous, long eyelashes.
Eye Size: She has large eyes, which gives her a cute look, like a kitten.
Eye Color: Her visible eye is black, meanwhile her hidden eye is a mix of pink and yellow, pink being at the top, then fading toward yellow all the way down. The pink and yellow eye also has a faint look to it, which shows that her pink and yellow eye is indeed blind.
Likes: She likes anything art related. She also loves baking, mainly pastries and deserts, though she's good at baking anything. She also loves nature, and often times animals love her, as if she speaks to them, even though she doesn't. Though she likes being alone at times, she likes having friends with her to enjoy as well. She enjoys music, and can actually use most instruments, but her favorites are the digital piano and the guitar.
Dislikes: She dislikes blood, and hates it when people judge others as bad guys without hearing the reason why they turned evil. She dislikes mean people likes bullies, and often refers to them as "Meanies". She also dislikes cars, bikes, etc. This is due to her mom's death.
Strengths: She's strong when it's dark, as she can see better with her one eye than others can with both their eyes. She's also very swift and agile, and incredibly smart. She can solve a puzzle or maze easily, and she's quite fast considering the fact that she likes to run a lot. She's also very good at aiming, and often holds daggers hidden around her waist just incase anybody tried anything, or she ever needed them. She has a set of 10 daggers around her waist, and she always gets a perfect hit at whatever she is aiming for
Weaknesses: Her blind side is her worst weakness, since she can't see well on that side, she can't respond in time to protect herself. Another weakness is loved ones, due to the fact that if someone threatened a loved one she'd start asking herself questions in her head on if she can defend them, and ends up freezing in fear of them getting hurt. Her main weakness is the fact that she's bad at combat, and can't defend herself well. Instead of defending herself, she tries to shield her head using her arms, or dodges attacks.

ALSO, normally when she mentions her last name to people it can remind them of her mother, Rosalind Falkov. Her mother was a famous scientist that was working on a secret project before the car accident. The necklace her mother gave her is the project her mother had been working on.

When Nora taps the button under the music note necklace, it'll show a hologram of her mom at the top, holding Nora as a baby and singing the song that her mom sang Nora every night.

Due to the gift her mom gave her, Nora protects it with her life, and if anybody tried to touch it, she'd slap their hand away and get protective over it. Her necklace is her most valuable thing to her, she'd never trust it to anyone unless she knows that person is pure of heart.

Personality: Awkward, sarcastic, sassy. He makes dirty jokes all the time and laughs at the wrong time. He hides his emotions, and is smart. He is a realist and uses lying as a defense mechanism. When he concenrates, his face turns stone cold and it is hard to distract him. He gets things done and is super caring to those he loves.
Backstory: he grew up with 2 older sisters and his parents had a good relationship. He always had good grades and did his best to please everyone, which ended in tears and heartbreaks multiple times. He decided that he didnt want to please anybody because it hurt him too much and he turned cold. This coldness resulted in becoming estranged to his family, his friends leaving him, and him being more heartbroken than ever. He locked up his emotions and built a wall around them, refusing to let anyone through. He is scared to fall in love, because when he does, he falls hard. And that results in heartbreak.

His hair is shaggy and messy. (Emo-ish) he has chocolate brown eyes and big lips. He isnt necessarily skinny, more like an average size, and he has remarkably soft skin. He is pale and sunburns easily. He has big hands that are gentle looking. He has broad shoulders and ALWAYS stands up straight. (Holds himself with confidence) He wears all black most of the time, and if he does wear color, its usually some shade of green. He has a black ring on his middle right finger (its simple, just a black band) that is from his dad.
Likes: being trusted, but not trusting. He likes when its raining, it helps him concentrate. He likes sleeping in.
Dislikes: mustard, he gags it up everytime he tries to eat it. He hates being embarrassed. He is TERRIFIED of being heartbroken and will do anything to stop it from happening.
Strengths: leadership, problem solving, he is amazing under pressure, and he can do hand to hand combat.
Weaknesses: comforting people, controlling vehicles (driving a boat or car, flying a plane, etc), he is bad at expressing his emotions. And he is not great at using bows and arrows or swords.

Personality: Akira is often described as sarcastic, awkward, funny, and smart. She is sarcastic to anyone she meets, even if it is the first words they exchange with each other. Although she isn't very shy, she wasn't well-taught at socialization and is rather poor at it, hence why she can be awkward. She often makes jokes, most of which can be inappropriate, and is usually successful at making people laugh. And why she may not seem like it, she is very intelligent, with an IQ of 165. When it comes to quick thinking, she excels at it and can often make logical decisions with very little time. Her worst personality trait is how selfless she is. Although most view being selfless as a good quality trait that people should have, she is too selfless, not caring about herself. The well-being of another person comes first before her own. If she was to have a large cut on her leg and someone else had a cut as well but smaller in size, she would still care for them first.

Backstory: When she was only 6 years old, both her parents and her sister were victims of the lag. Ever since then, she's been on her own and has struggled to survive. But with her wits, she made do. Before she died, her sister gifted her a beautiful piano. Her sister said that when Akira was older, she would teach her how to play. Unfortunately, her sister died before she could teach Akira the piano. But eventually, Akira learned on her own. Although most will view it as just an instrument, this piano is one of Akira's most valuable possessions. It is the only thing that brings her joy.

Secrets: Although she seems very happy and humorous, she has clinical depression. This was caused by the death of her parents and sister. Ever since that day, she fell into deep despair. She has harmed herself uncountable times. She has even thought of giving everything up and committing suicide. Although she very severely struggles with doing so, she plays the piano to keep her mind off of suicide. She still harms herself, but it's getting better. She also has anxiety and often has panic attacks, but she still manages to hide it from everyone.

Along with that, she wears black-rimmed glasses with clear circle lenses. She also has a silver necklace that has half a heart in it. The other half belongs to her sister. She has a silver half-heart ring that goes with it that she wears.

Likes: She loves cats, especially big, fluffy ones. She has her own black and white cat named Oreo and her cat is her main priority in her life. She is also very interested in photography and sketching. She could spend hours atop a roof, sketching the twinkling stars in the night sky. She is also skilled at music, especially the piano. She has been playing the piano since she was 8 years old and has also had a passion for it since then. Her strangest interest is in blood. She found out she had a pleasure in blood when she went to the doctor's office, got a shot, and wasn't scared. She was always frantic when she went but this time she was calm, seeming almost happy. Since then, she has been interested in the color of it, the way it looks, everything about it.

Dislikes: She dislikes every detail surrounding the lag. Although most of everyone despises the lag, she takes it to another level. She gets enraged every time someone mentions it. She also hates vegetables. The taste, the look, the smell-- everything about them makes her gag.

Strengths: She is skilled at making people happy and laugh. She loves to brighten up people's day. She can also think better when it's either rainy or dark out. It makes for a calmer atmosphere and allows her to come up with even better ideas quicker.

Weaknesses: The topic of her family, especially her sister, coming up in a conversation will leave her weakened and vulnerable. Not to mention her severe anxiety and depression.

Personality: She's very lovable, caring, happy and impulsive. She can be modest, but she knows how to accept a compliment. She can be flirtatious and coquettish when necessary. She's a ray of sunshine, most of the time. She finds what makes people happy and helps people to be the best self they can be. However, she fails at making herself happy. Inside, she's never thinking about herself. She puts others' care in front of hers too often. Don't get her wrong, she really does enjoy making people happy and 'doing her own thing', but she simply didn't care enough about herself until it was too late. Inside, she is depressed but thinks unfavorably of herself. When someone says something bad about her, she thinks that they person who says it is right, and she ends up hurting herself internally even more.
Backstory: She kept to herself a lot when she was little, causing the other kids to misunderstand her. She just kept all of her emotions to herself, making a 'jar of emotions' in her heart, which she vowed never to open. When she was somewhat older and her parents were going to be out of the house for multiple days, she tried to kill herself. As she lost consciousness, she realized that people may still need her to stick around, that she could make so many peoples' lives better. She called the police for help and was safe and sound at home a couple days later, when her parents came back, never knowing a thing that went on while they were gone. She doesn't have one single good friend, but rather is friends with everyone, but not too close.

Personality: Can be stubborn when it comes to things they find important, but is mostly a loner and spends a lot of time either working on tech stuff or doodling. Extremely socially awkward, but is quite intelligent, with an IQ of 165. They seem to have an instinct of empathy towards pretty much everyone. This gets quite exhausting for them, so they prefer to stay alone on their laptop. They tend to get overstimulated quite easily, which leads to a nervous breakdown, more the reason to stay alone. But when they want to, they can kick some serious rump.
Backstory: Normal-ish kid, having had relentless bullying throughout childhood for having a form of "High-Functioning" autism, turning to "Cyberspace" to cope.

Personality: Sarcastic, outgoing, snarky, rude, funny, eloquent, intelligent and sassy. She can get defensive at points and is an ambivert. She loves meeting new people but also needs a lot of personal space. Robyn can be a hardworker in certain situations and isn't one to back down from a fight.
Backstory: She's lived in New York her entire life, she is currently at high school (she's a senior) but after she hopes to go to a university to study fine arts/graphic design. Robyn lives with her mother and younger brother, her father became victim of the lag. They all try to live their lives as normally as possible. She is a high achieving student at school with her grades being A's and B's. Robyn attends a self-defense class with her friends, Kya and Liza every Thursday to protect themselves from the strangers of New York. She is absolutely passionate about graphic design, she's always doodling in her classes at school and loves using photoshop.

Backstory: She was raised like a normal kid, With a normal-ish life. Her Mother died when she was 8yrs of age, left with her Father alone; She has no siblings. Her father owned a small corner shop, off which they lived above and earned a medium-ish salary. She was never one to have a fancy phone or Laptop, The way she kept entertained was to sing or draw, Which she is both very good at. At the camp I guarantee she will never get bored as others might if they run out of Wifi/Data.

Name: Believed to be a girl so he goes by Tune Vincent but his actual name is Neptune Vuela.
Nickname: (I mean his actual name is Neptune but he shortened it to Tune to blend in)
Age (13-18): 14
Personality: Kind, caring, and funny - Always including people who he believes has been left out. He is also brave, and a very fast thinker - he's also very smart, as his brother taught him the ins and outs of coding and hacking.
Backstory: When the disease started, his city was raided and people had samples of their blood taken and mixed with samples of the disease. This was done to find someone who is immune to the disease so that they could find a cure from their DNA. Neptune's blood destroyed all of the disease's bacteria, leaving just his blood that they began with. He was classed as immune. Before they could run any tests on him, his entire family got infected. Himself and his brother and sister escaped without contracting the disease. They got split up by running from the government, since the government will kill him for his blood. To blend in, he shortened his name from "Neptune" to "Tune" and his second name to "Vincent" - He has a unique voice, so he decided to blend in as a girl at the camps. The government know no different. Nobody knows that 'she' is actually a boy... yet.

Pronouns: Everybody thinks he is a she. They can refer to him with she/her, until they find out he's a boy. Then he can go by he/him.

Secrets: He thinks his sister (Aqua) and brother (Vant) are alive as he believes they escaped. He does not tell anyone that his family was infected, and definitely tells no one that he is wanted - someone would definitely snitch on him. He would only tell someone he's a boy if he needed to.

Likes: Kind people. Accepting people. His friends. Playing piano [his sister taught him]. The locket he has from his brother.
Dislikes: The government. The disease. People who are mean to him. He especially hates people who are mean to others. He gets especially angry towards people who don't care about what happens to people with the disease.
Strengths: He is light on his feet. You literally cannot hear him. Good at communication. So far he has had many run-ins with the disease and has not caught it. He also has good eyesight, which usually helps him see better in the dark, or atleast where a couple things are in a pitch-black room.
Weaknesses: Bad immune system, except for the disease, which he is immune to. Extremely bright lights.
