It appears you have stumbled across my Danganronpa sign up thing. Welcome!

I was thinking about making something along the lines of Psychological Horror, so, may as well do something like this.

Danganronpa is a game/anime about a bunch of teenagers, all one or two years into highschool, being sent to a "Prestigious" school for the best of their craft of smth. What they find out later, however, is that the school they were sent to is like a prison, and the only way to escape is to get away with murder. If they get caught, they die. If they don't, they escape, and everyone else dies. Fun times, amirite?

So, here are the roles available: Bold means it's available for your taking.

APPEARANCE: Alteca has silvery hair, Green/Jade coloured eyes, a small slightly hooked nose. He wears a black t-shirt with a red hoodie over it. He wears black ripped jeans and red trainers.

PERSONALITY Drew is insanely brave. He will do ANYTHING to save someone, no matter how dangerous it is. He tends to run into problems without thinking, causing little conflicts to turn into catastrophic fights. (Someone shoves someone else, Drew runs in and completely beats up the shover. Ends with suspension. Something like that.) He can be reckless and brash. Drew is also independent and hates having to rely on others. He hates to admit it, but hes addicted to fighting. He loves the feeling of being powerful, he loves the fear when he walks by someone in the halls, he loves having them at his mercy. On the contrary, he is also intensely good-hearted. He wants the world to be a big ball of happiness. None of the fights he starts are out of boredom or joy. (Or so he says..) Drew loves his friends and family unconditionally and is overprotective towards them.
APPEARANCE Drew is exactly 6’0, with messy black hair and chocolatey eyes. He is slim and has well conditioned but unnoticeable muscles. He has a sharp jawline and lips that are always chapped. He holds himself with confidence and composure, no matter the situation.
MORNING ROUTINE Alarm goes off at 6:30. Hit snooze around 3 times. Lay in bed for a solid 10 minutes. Grudgingly get up, take a quick shower, and unsuccessfully attempt to smooth hair. Throw on an all black outift, run downstairs. Consider getting breakfast but then deicide to skip it. Say a quick goodbye to his mom and dad. “Drew you are going to be LATE once again!” - His parents everyday. Start to walk out of the door and realize you forgot both your phone and your backpack. Run back out. The bus has already left. Yell angrily and jog to school. (His parents use their 2 cars.)

Once you get past her hard shell, she's considerate, and very worrisome. She gets protective over those she cares about, and will get embarrassed if called out for it. She tries her best to act tough, but deep down inside, she's afraid of everything. She is secretive, and people often think she's edgy, or an emo. She has a lot of insecurities, and can get crushes quite easily actually.

PERSONALITY She's usually pretty pacifistic (?) but she can be quite violent when it comes to fights. She loves making new friends, but she is always afraid of them stabbing her in the back (I guess that could be literal in the story aha). Apart from that, she is very nice and easy to make friends with. She loves playing video games, especially first person shooters. She plays a lot of Call of Duty and Destiny.

BACKSTORY Asuka lived a great life in Japan. She had plenty of friends, and she had the best parents she could ever ask for. She always got the best grades in her class, and everyone loved her. However, Asuka wasn't happy with herself, and she couldn't figure out why. She lived in confusion and regret until one day while shopping at the mall, a man tried to grab her purse. She reacted immediately by jerking the purse out of the way and forcing her palm into the attacker's nose. His nose cracked, and he fell to the floor, dead. Naturally, Asuka was scared. She bought a plane ticket to (wherever this story would take place) illegally without telling anyone where she was going, not even her parents. This broke their hearts when she didn't come home, but what could they do? Asuka adopted a face mask and went to a new school in her new home (the school where this story takes place). She can't exactly forget what happened at that mall, so she plays games to distract her from that as well as daily life.
SECRET She actually tries to practise the combat techniques she sees in her video games, but she doesn't tell anyone in fear of being ridiculed. Whether she's actually good or not, that's another question.

BACKSTORY : Charlotte had a pretty regular upbringing until the age of 9, Charlotte raised her 4 younger siblings during her moms drinking habit and fathers depression, this resulted in her not being able to dress as good as she would like due to not having time. When she went to a regular school, this meant she was bullied since everyone else had nice clothes. However the bullying wasn’t like the classic bullying, people disconnected her from them, from their friendship groups. Her old friends would tell her to go do something like count the grass on the field, she wouldn’t realise what they were doing at the time and happily go do it since she was easy to fool. This resulted in her having trust issues later in life

PERSONALITY: Chino is a positive spirit with a lot of fire. She is friendly and easy to get along with. However, if situations become serious, then she won't be that up for conversation. She's perfectly fine with dead bodies (unless the body is a friend's) but will get squirmish with the executions. Chino is also quite calm, collective and approachable. Chino has an average intelligence level and is all up to help with most tasks around the area. She seems quite fragile, but Chino isn't afraid to get nitty-gritty when it comes to tasks and challenges. She can be argumentative because she usually lets her emotions out before her brain can think of anything logical to say, so disagreeing with her opinions can lead to arguments that may not go well for Chino. In short, Chino is a friendly, independent young woman who can either be cheery or serious depending on circumstances.

APPEARANCE: Uh, it's kind of hard to explain some of it, so I'll use photos. Here is what her face looks like and here is what her clothes look like (I know the picture I used for the face is an Octoling from Splatoon, I just really liked the hair and the reddish tint to it. Just pretend the suction cups on the hair aren't there). She is 5'6 and very slim. She has the same skin colour as the picture of her face.

MORNING ROUTINE: Firstly, Chino would get changed into her clothes and then head straight for breakfast. Then she would head to a private area that wasn't her room and exercise for a good half an hour before trying to help people with any problems they might have. If her mood isn't that great, she would usually spend a whole hour exercising instead and then head straight back to her room.

BACKSTORY: Chino's name is fake. Her real name is Ellie Harper. Ellie was born in England with her parents and her two older sisters, Melody (currently 25) and Aurora (currently 20). Her parents were a part of a vigilante group called "The Ruby Angels" who were around to bring justice when others didn't. Ellie, her sisters, and orphans/friends Chloe (currently 19) and Molly (Currently 23) were trained to be the best of the best for the group's future. Melody was stealthy and quick with a pistol, often going on undercover missions. Aurora and Molly were snipers. Chloe was a hacker. Ellie was the melee attacker, wielding knives as her main weapon. When Ellie was only 5 years old, she began going on combat missions with her sisters, her friends, her parents and other members of the group, as well as juggling school work and a social life. When Ellie was 10 years old, her parents were killed during a mission, and the group was left in the hands of Chloe, Molly and Melody. Two years later, the government found out about the group and forced the police into their camp to split the group up without punishment. Chloe and Molly refused to give in and were sentenced to life in jail while the others escaped. The police gave chase and caught many people within the group. Melody, Aurora and Ellie knew that they wouldn't survive if they stayed together, so they split up and fled to different parts of the world. Melody became a highly-trained army soldier for the Welsh. Aurora became a bodyguard for the rich and powerful in America. Ellie travelled the furthest, ending up in Japan. After wondering the streets of Japan alone for around six months (now 13 years old), she was taken in by a rich couple and entered into many modelling competitions, winning a huge bulk of them and earning many trophies in the process. At first, she was uncomfortable with her modelling life. However, she got used to it and earned her title as the Ultimate Model. Ellie still tries to keep at least one knife on her at all times, as well as a picture of her sisters and friends.

Ellie lies and tells people that her parents were professional models and that her Japanese parents are her birth parents and not her adoptive parents. She also lies about having siblings, telling people that she is an only child. She, of course, does not tell anyone about her combat history. She also uses her fake name of Chino Yagami to hide the fact that she's English.

She's quite cowardly, due to this she's also very cautious and observant. She's socially anxious, it's hard for her to socialize with other people because she's scared of making friends for the thought of losing them. She LOVES anything art related, drawing calms her down no matter the situation which is why she brings a sketchbook with her everywhere. She daydreams quite often, her imagination runs wild 24/7. She almost has too much creativity for one person, which can be useful for puzzles, mazes, or escaping in a bad situation because she thinks of the things other people would think of last. She's very sweet and forgiving, she'll share with somebody without a second thought. She's kind to the point of being a pushover.

Spoiler: Marsel's Full Personality

He's distant, he doesn't get too close to anybody and it's rare for him to trust someone. A lot is unknown about this half of them. He's very fast and agile, he's able to outrun the majority of people. He often acts cold and emotionless, it's rare to see him smiling unless talking to Marseline. However, he does care about others and in a situation where he has the opportunity to save somebody, he'll sacrifice himself to save them. He's the type of person where if you asked him for a small bite of his food he'd say no with a mean glare, then seconds afterwards he'll split it in half and hand the bigger half to you. This personality has a lot more confidence, if someone were to start a fight with him he wouldn't hesitate to fight back.

Though their eyes may look blind, they can see perfectly fine. they're 4'10, not quite 5'0, and their skin can be called either dark tan or light-ish brown. They have a lot of freckles, spraying from cheek to cheek and over their nose. they wear blue jeans, a black hoodie with a crescent moon and stars on it, and shoes and headphones that are the same color as the moon and stars on the hoodie.

MORNING ROUTINE: When they first wake up, both Marseline and Marsel are activated, so they're Mars. They both get up, getting dressed and brushing their hair and teeth. They don't usually have breakfast, instead they head out to get a banana milkshake. After that, they head to a beach and walk alongside the water with their milkshake in hand, talking to each other. They only trust each other, and because of that they consider each other to be like brother and sister, despite sharing the same body. They talk to each other every morning as if talking to a best friend, they try not to acknowledge the fact that they're both in the same body, as being reminded of this can sometimes make them cry.

FAVOURITE FOOD: Macaroons

FAVOURITE DRINK: Banana Milkshake

BACKSTORY They were originally known as Marseline. Growing up, they randomly had personality switches where they referred to themselves as either " Marsel " or " Marseline ". By the time they turned 10, their parents were worried about them and sent them to a doctor, who said they were fine. They lived with 6 other siblings in a small house, where everybody shared rooms. Their parents were always low on money, and while their mother loved adventure their dad hated letting them out of the house. Their parents always fought with each other, and when they were 14 their parents divorced. Their dad took their other siblings away from them, and they stayed with their mom. In the same year their parents divorced, the personality switches increased quite a lot, to the point where they asked people online about it. They answered that they could be bigender, which Mars looked into. Mars realized that Bigender described their issue perfectly, but when they explained it to their mom, she wasn't supportive. She thought it was freakish to have two different personalities, let alone two different genders for them. Mars and their mom stopped talking to each other, as Mars rarely left their room. When Mars became 15 they attended a event at their school called ' More About Me'. They revealed that they were Bigender and began to get bullied. Ever since then, they always bumped into criticism and hateful people, because of this they've always been scared to tell people about them being Bigender. All the horrible things that happened to them in their past and the horrible people they met caused them to lose trust in other people, realizing the two versions of Mars could trust each other, and only each other. Ever since then when they are reminded of their 'freakish' issue, they often start to cry. Due to this, they try to play it normal when they switch personalities, but if someone figured out something was off, they'd end up having to tell them about it.

SECRET: Being bigender is kind of their secret, but they also don't really mind telling people about it once they figure out something's off. For example, you can let someone find out and ask Mars about it, and they'd explain why they switch without hesitation.

ROLE WANTED: Ultimate Highschool Hope

P.S
They switch at random, but they also switch personalities in situations where the other personality would be better at. For example, if they were to be attacked by a kidnapper with bad intentions while in their Marseline personality then they would switch to their Marsel personality and hit the kidnapper, running away afterwards and leaving the kidnapper in the dust.

There are also random times where both personalities activate at once, half Marsel and half Marseline. When this happens, they communicate and strategize to each other like two different people trapped in one body.

Double P.S
Bigender meaning that they have two different identities that are different genders. The male identity goes by Marsel and is mute as he doesn't like to talk to anyone other than Marseline, whilst the female identity is Marseline and has a phobia of eye contact / locking eyes.

Another note I was unable to add is the character has bangs that go down far enough to cover both eyes but not enough to cover their nose, and when they're in their Marseline identity the hair hides the eyes fully preventing eye contact though they can still clearly see through them, whilst in the Marsel identity the hair is up using a light gold hair pin with a crescent moon on it.

Mars knows gymnastics. {If that's alright with you} Marseline is better with bars but can crack under pressure at times, whilst Marsel is better with jumps but can't focus as well when distracted.

NAME: Mariko (Or Mari)

LASTNAME: Kuribara

AGE (14-22): 18
PERSONALITY: Mariko is sort of a troublemaker, but also calm. Well, not exactly calm. She just doesn’t get scared so easily. There’s only 1 thing that truly terrifies her, though. Mariko is often easy-going, usually out and about. When revealed as the Ultimate Despair (or spy), she’ll act extremely calm and just laugh it out. Mariko also doesn’t like people prying into her social life and usually would feel uncomfortable ever talking about it, even to someone she truly trusts. Though, she is quite rude to others when she firsts meets them. She looks at them for a bit to see if they look suspicious at all, just for her own safety. Mariko can snap at them real fast if they start going and asking her questions that she isn’t at all comfortable with.

MORNING ROUTINE: Mariko first gets up, showers and goes straight to dining room, obviously getting something to nom on. Then she heads over to each room to see if there is anyone to talk to, since she’s gonna be bored, and it’s better to introduce herself to others for her own reasons. After that she spends a lot of her time in the dining room if the person leaves, basically all her day. Then back to her room and sleeps for nighttime.

FAVOURITE FOOD: Strawberries

BACKSTORY: Mariko lived with her parents at a farmland sort of area. It was spacious, with acres of crops that her parents have grown. This is a time when little 10 year old Mariko was all happy and not broken, and dying constantly inside. Her parents told her to go to the nearest store to go buy some stuff which was only a good 10 minute walk. Though, that was really part of a master plan from the hitman sent to kill her parents. Her parents did something to make other people mad to the point where they despised her parents, a lot. Mariko was never informed about it, so she doesn’t really know much. When the hitman finally arrived, he started his mission. He went over and killed her mother with a fatal hit to the head. Then he killed her dad by stabbing him in the stomach and letting him bleed out. After, he burned the bodies and left. Mariko left the store stuff in her hand skipping along all happy, all happiness fled and sadness entered when she saw the 2 dead bodies. Mariko felt nothing but anger and sadness in that moment. She cried, and cried. Nothing she can do about it. She was alone. Alllll aloneee. Mariko had to live in the farm by herself and take her parents money, to live. She obviously called the police, and they came not able to identify who the hitman was. They left, doing nothing but taking the bodies away, so she doesn’t have to go through that torture. Mariko still felt nothing but terror and sadness in herself. The only 2 emotions she felt for a long time. After 2 or 3 years passed, Mariko was 13 and still lived in the farm all alone. Due to her relatives being really far away from where she was, there was no one to reach. But, her uncle did decide to finally fly down and come save the poor little girl. They flew back to where he was living, and Mariko lived at his house, and having the wealth from her parents. But, she eventually went over and gave it to her uncle because it was just the right thing to do. She's quite cowardly, due to this she's also very cautious and observant. She's socially anxious, it's hard for her to socialize with other people because she's scared of making friends for the thought of losing them. She LOVES anything art related, drawing calms her down no matter the situation which is why she brings a sketchbook with her everywhere. She daydreams quite often, her imagination runs wild 24/7. She almost has too much creativity for one person, which can be useful for puzzles, mazes, or escaping in a bad situation because she thinks of the things other people would think of last. She's very sweet and forgiving, she'll share with somebody without a second thought. She's kind to the point of being a pushover.

He's distant, he doesn't get too close to anybody and it's rare for him to trust someone. A lot is unknown about this half of them. He's very fast and agile, he's able to outrun the majority of people. He often acts cold and emotionless, it's rare to see him smiling unless talking to Marseline. However, he does care about others and in a situation where he has the opportunity to save somebody, he'll sacrifice himself to save them. He's the type of person where if you asked him for a small bite of his food he'd say no with a mean glare, then seconds afterwards he'll split it in half and hand the bigger half to you. This personality has a lot more confidence, if someone were to start a fight with him he wouldn't hesitate to fight back.

Though their eyes may look blind, they can see perfectly fine. they're 4'10, not quite 5'0, and their skin can be called either dark tan or light-ish brown. MORNING ROUTINE When they first wake up, both Marseline and Marsel are activated, so they're Mars. They both get up, getting dressed and brushing their hair and teeth. They don't usually have breakfast, instead they head out to get a banana milkshake. After that, they head to a beach and walk alongside the water with their milkshake in hand, talking to each other. They only trust each other, and because of that they consider each other to be like brother and sister, despite sharing the same body. They talk to each other every morning as if talking to a best friend, they try not to acknowledge the fact that they're both in the same body, as being reminded of this can sometimes make them cry.

BACKSTORY They were originally known as Marseline. Growing up, they randomly had personality switches where they referred to themselves as either " Marsel " or " Marseline ". By the time they turned 10, their parents were worried about them and sent them to a doctor, who said they were fine. They lived with 6 other siblings in a small house, where everybody shared rooms. Their parents were always low on money, and while their mother loved adventure their dad hated letting them out of the house. Their parents always fought with each other, and when they were 14 their parents divorced. Their dad took their other siblings away from them, and they stayed with their mom. In the same year their parents divorced, the personality switches increased quite a lot, to the point where they asked people online about it. They answered that they could be bigender, which Mars looked into. Mars realized that Bigender described their issue perfectly, but when they explained it to their mom, she wasn't supportive. She thought it was freakish to have two different personalities, let alone two different genders for them. Mars and their mom stopped talking to each other, as Mars rarely left their room. When Mars became 15 they attended a event at their school called ' More About Me'. They revealed that they were Bigender and began to get bullied. Ever since then, they always bumped into criticism and hateful people, because of this they've always been scared to tell people about them being Bigender. All the horrible things that happened to them in their past and the horrible people they met caused them to lose trust in other people, realizing the two versions of Mars could trust each other, and only each other. Ever since then when they are reminded of their 'freakish' issue, they often start to cry. Due to this, they try to play it normal when they switch personalities, but if someone figured out something was off, they'd end up having to tell them about it.

They switch at random, but they also switch personalities in situations where the other personality would be better at. For example, if they were to be attacked by a kidnapper with bad intentions while in their Marseline personality then they would switch to their Marsel personality and hit the kidnapper, running away afterwards and leaving the kidnapper in the dust.

There are also random times where both personalities activate at once, half Marsel and half Marseline. When this happens, they communicate and strategize to each other like two different people trapped in one body.

Bigender meaning that they have two different identities that are different genders. The male identity goes by Marsel and is mute as he doesn't like to talk to anyone other than Marseline, whilst the female identity is Marseline and has a phobia of eye contact / locking eyes.

Another note I was unable to add is the character has bangs that go down far enough to cover both eyes but not enough to cover their nose, and when they're in their Marseline identity the hair hides the eyes fully preventing eye contact though they can still clearly see through them, whilst in the Marsel identity the hair is up using a light gold hair pin with a crescent moon on it.

PERSONALITY: Mariko is sort of a troublemaker, but also calm. Well, not exactly calm. She just doesn’t get scared so easily. There’s only 1 thing that truly terrifies her, though. Mariko is often easy-going, usually out and about. When revealed as the Ultimate Despair (or spy), she’ll act extremely calm and just laugh it out. Mariko also doesn’t like people prying into her social life and usually would feel uncomfortable ever talking about it, even to someone she truly trusts. Though, she is quite rude to others when she firsts meets them. She looks at them for a bit to see if they look suspicious at all, just for her own safety. Mariko can snap at them real fast if they start going and asking her questions that she isn’t at all comfortable with.

MORNING ROUTINE: Mariko first gets up, showers and goes straight to dining room, obviously getting something to nom on. Then she heads over to each room to see if there is anyone to talk to, since she’s gonna be bored, and it’s better to introduce herself to others for her own reasons. After that she spends a lot of her time in the dining room if the person leaves, basically all her day. Then back to her room and sleeps for nighttime.

BACKSTORY: Mariko lived with her parents at a farmland sort of area. It was spacious, with acres of crops that her parents have grown. This is a time when little 10 year old Mariko was all happy and not broken, and dying constantly inside. Her parents told her to go to the nearest store to go buy some stuff which was only a good 10 minute walk. Though, that was really part of a master plan from the hitman sent to kill her parents. Her parents did something to make other people mad to the point where they despised her parents, a lot. Mariko was never informed about it, so she doesn’t really know much. When the hitman finally arrived, he started his mission. He went over and killed her mother with a fatal hit to the head. Then he killed her dad by stabbing him in the stomach and letting him bleed out. After, he burned the bodies and left. Mariko left the store stuff in her hand skipping along all happy, all happiness fled and sadness entered when she saw the 2 dead bodies. Mariko felt nothing but anger and sadness in that moment. She cried, and cried. Nothing she can do about it. She was alone. Alllll aloneee. Mariko had to live in the farm by herself and take her parents money, to live. She obviously called the police, and they came not able to identify who the hitman was. They left, doing nothing but taking the bodies away, so she doesn’t have to go through that torture. Mariko still felt nothing but terror and sadness in herself. The only 2 emotions she felt for a long time. After 2 or 3 years passed, Mariko was 13 and still lived in the farm all alone. Due to her relatives being really far away from where she was, there was no one to reach. But, her uncle did decide to finally fly down and come save the poor little girl. They flew back to where he was living, and Mariko lived at his house, and having the wealth from her parents. But, she eventually went over and gave it to her uncle because it was just the right thing to do. However the bullying wasn’t like the classic bullying, people disconnected her from them, from their friendship groups. APPEARANCE Silvery purple hair that goes about 5 or so inches down her back. A red-checkered coat that only goes to the middle of her stomach, which she doesnt zip up. She wears a white T-shirt with black sleeves under it, and tracksuit bottoms. She also wears galaxy-printed shoes.
MORNING ROUTINE She is usually up bright and early. She gets nightmares pretty much every night. If she doesn't, it's a good day! But nontheless, she finds nature and the sky (especially the night sky) pretty, so she goes somewhere with these things a lot on a morning to calm down.

BACKSTORY From a young age, she has always been a caring person. When she was young however, she was abused a lot. One day, her parents got bored of her and threw her from a moving car. She was taken in by a Private Orphanage, which specified in teaching kids about future careers which they seemed to have interests in. When Kyoka was assessed, she claims she wasn't "mature" enough to understand her situation. When her interests were brought up, she talked about how she wanted to learn more about words, since she had never attended school. Due to this, they placed her in a Literature course, which she claims was like going through mental torture. She says she doesn't like being a "literature freak" as others call her, because really she's not. She had ideals forced upon her, and had no choice in the matter. When she wrote an essay one day, the orphanage found it so amazing they asked for her permission to publish it. The essay was about how adults force their old ideals and traditions on kids. The essay became a hit with all ages, especially teenagers, which made her be scouted by the academy. She says her real aspiration is to be a superhero, she she can help vulnerable kids like her, when she was younger. Despite such a childish aspiration, she is very mature and knows exactly what is right to say.
