Since that Elites have everything from VIPs why you want this to be implement for Elites ?
It would be nicer if the VIPs/VIPs+ will get a new feature.
Plus, every rank should be balanced and we shouldn't just prioritize a rank.
Why not but we should make it that half items are for vip and vip+ and the full version for elite, then it'll be more fair.
It would be like VIPs got the basics (such as adding/removing plate and arm, and changing the height) and VIP+ got the advanced (changing the pose of the armor stand), since Elite and E+ have the same thing but for W/E

I like this idea; it would give more purpose to buying a rank. I believe that, if this feature was implemented, this would probably end up being a perk for VIP or VIP+ and above. I would also love to be able to have a wide variety of things to do with armour stands since it would help with builds and also make more possibilities for the armour stand.

I like this! However I think that both VIP and Elite should get full features, because, let's be honest, Elite is making VIP look not so hot. Elite get WE and VIP don't, Elite get Survival and VIP don't... it'll be nice to have a new feature both ranks can enjoy.
Well, you get what you pay for. I mean like mcpz is getting what money if you give VIP a feature that elite dosent have? Kinda stupid.

Isn’t that technically what elites pay for? If vip had all our perks, what would the point of it be? If all the ranks were the same, what’s the point of buying them for a more expensive price. Though yes, it’s irritating if you can't get Elite, but we who do have it still did pay/work hard/however you got your rank, for it. I know this is coming from an Elite, so it’s kind of biased, but at the same time I did spend a lot of money on this rank and I’d like to believe I paid for a fair deal and better perks. I mean, that’s the point of a “rank up”.
Honestly I think VIP+ and up should get full control over this, and VIP could get the basics. VIP+ Isn’t actually that different compared to VIP which is why it doesn’t have as much purchases. Full control over this would be a nice bonus for them. That’s just how I see it, personally. I was a VIP once aswell, and I do know where you’re coming from, but Elites do actually pay a lot of money for advantages like these, seriously 70€ is a lot.
Elite/+ have more perks so that people considering purchasing the more expensive ranks. That's just how servers work to get money.
I can see this being a perk for VIP+ and up.
