Personally I don’t think it’s best to implement something that could very easily cause problems by saying “we can just punish players who misuse it”. Things can already get out of hand on PZ and adding this could only cause more issues. Just my opinion though.
However, if there’s another way to prevent the printer function & to limit it to elites/elite+s (as multiple people have already stated) then there’s no reason not to implement this.
