Lack of Interest Age restrictions on applications

To clear up this thing about "9 year olds banning staff" from what i know dont staff get a notification once another staff member bans? If thats right then wouldnt it come uo as (9 year old) has banned (staff member) for (reason)
So the staff members that see that can /unban that staff member that got banned and mute that "9 year old" until they know whats happening.

Plus, Its easy to tell if someone is a "9 year old"

Additionally if people were fine with lying about their age on their forums information, then I think they'd lie when they'd write their age into your system idea.

Honestly if a staff sees how mature someone is they could tell other staff members , so they can apply for staff.

Honestly, I agree with that like lets say your on T.S and like Dizzeh and Snuwy are in the channel with you multiple times and you are 11 or 12, they could say like, "Hey, your really mature for being that age, here ill tell other staff you are mature for being under 13 and can apply" or something like that idk tho.

Or staff can like fill out a little thing saying who they think should be allowed to apply

Still even with this people change. With this being said a 12 year old might be mature at one moment then 1 year later they might be very disrepectful. Usually at 13-16 it's uncommon to be not mature.

Remember, they will still be Demoted if they do that because a rule for being staff is "Be respectful at all time"

Yea true yet this is just too much of a process just for 1 person. I understand that it would be nice for those people that don't met the age requirement. It just isn't nessassy.

There are some people who don't like to reveal their age. They are for some reason scared to do so. If they change their age between applications I don't think they should wait that long.
I'm 13, as you can see on my page. But when I was a rookie, I would fake my age, not to just be helper, but there is a rule my mom puts in at the time, no sharing your age online. Now I stopped, and I went the honest way. This may tell people I am a liar. But again, if your parents don't want you sharing personal information on Social Networks. It should be totally respected.
I do though also give this a +1 just for the sake and safety of the server.

13 year olds are Teenagers. Sometimes, kids under 13 can be chaotic. No hate on anyone, but there are some people who act chaotic. The server and other servers, for instants, will take people 13+ for a staff member.

The thing is, demotion is not just something we can do on a whim. A demotion is the last thing considered, we want to promote people we know will do well and who have potential to do well.

To add on to this post, 12-13 are the ages where some of the most dramatic changes come in someone's life. Your mind changes, your opinions change, and your behavior fluctuates.
