Today I played for only about a hour and I was shot 4 times without proof and was not murderer. 2 of those times was intended to shoot me personally.
Idea: When shooting 3 innocents within 1 hour you will then get killed the next time you shoot the innocent and the innocent will survive. Every innocent shot above 5 in a hour will add another hour.
My full explaination instead of me hoping to not write that much:
Innocent shooting is not going down and appears to go up. A year ago I would be shot 4 to 5 times a day normally but recently its been 10-12 times a day.
People are now targeting players and shooting them. I could put on random stuff that doesn't look like me yet by movement patterns you can see who someone is.

As it has been stated the staff will do nothing to prevent intentional targeting unless they change the rule later. This is the only way currently where targeting can be stopped.
Teaming would benefit and not benefit... now the bystander can't shoot innocents for the murderer yet can block shots.
Teaming is more catchable than rdming or intentional shooting. Yet adding this will remove random shooting and intentional shooting
Adding this will make players more aware that they should watch when they shoot and would start avoiding shooting innocent players.
Currently sometime when someone randoms a name who they think is murderer a innocent thinks its that person or the person wants to intentionally kill said player and then a player shoots a innocent player with thinking they were murderer. Adding this could make people less trusting of chat and more focused on finding proof with their own eyes.
