Okay, i have a few questions about staff stuff,

Q1) Do you have to be a donor rank to become builder?

Q2) Do you have to apply for helper before you apply for builder?

Q2) Do you have to be over a certain age to be a builder?

Considering that builder applications for this server are no longer active, you do not need any specific perks on PZ to apply.
