Hi so i have been waiting 3 years and its finaly 29 days till my birthday and i will be turning 13. Then i will be able to apply for helper, could i apply any earlier.
I'm afraid we don't make exceptions to the age rule even by seconds. You will only be able to apply when the system registers your birthday in the system's timezone. Save me some birthday cake though!
