I have been trying for 7 hours to apply for helper but it says error I meet all the requirements even downloaded the to things and got a reset nothing is working and each time I ask someone for help they just leave me can u help me?

On the forums you do not have a rank. If you have a rank in-game, you need to issue the command; '/link <forums email>'. It takes up to 24 hours - 48 hours to register, so don't worry if it's not instant.
You should be able to apply once this has happened, if not then message a staff member for help via. Conversations.
