I think that most people only want elite for World Edit , so why not just be able to buy JUST world edit. I would price basic world edit (what you get with Elite) about 30£ , and Advanced World Edit (what you get with Elite+) for around 40-50£

I don't agree because that will be no point of buying E and E+ that's on of the upgrades and Elite is for $60's and 41.99 just wait for the black Friday sale it will be there for 20$ and most likely griefers will use it and E+ is over 100$ and w/e is for about 55$ to 69$'s I'm sorry but -1

World Edit is one of the perks of buying Elite. That's why people buy Elite so they can get world edit, and therefore benefit the server more what with its hosting and all of that.
Being able to buy WE by itself takes the fun out of being an Elite. Imagine being an Elite without World Edit. Seems pretty boring, right? World Edit is what makes Elite different from VIP.

I do not agree, if you can just buy commands randomly, whats the point of even having most donor ranks, all players want from donor ranks are the commands so if you are able to buy commands, there would basically be no point of having donor ranks

As stated, this would completely devalue ELITE and ELITE+ and make it unfair on the players who purchased the rank, just to receive these perks. It would become a pointless rank if you could do so. This would make the two ranks unbalanced compared to VIP’s.
Also the price on world edit is quite unfair especially as some people paid almost 150$ or more for world edit, and defaults/VIP could get it way cheaper.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to be against this suggestion. WorldEdit is a key feature of ELITE and ELITE+, and allowing players to purchase that rank by itself devalues those ranks by a lot.
There's this feeling you get when you've spent your hard-earned cash on a Minecraft server to get a rank with great features, and then those features are stripped away or given to lesser ranks. I've had that feeling before, and it's not fun. It makes you feel like you've wasted some money.
