General World Edit Vote Reward

So while I was clearing out an entire plot floor I realised it would be a lot easier to do with World Edit. Obviously I'm not able to use World Edit as a VIP+, but I think there could be a way where everyone can get a taste of it. Maybe as a vote reward, players could get around 15 minutes of time where they have access to WorldEdit. After those 15 minutes are up, they're no longer able to use it until they vote the next day. If players vote on more than one website, the time doesn't stack nor reset, it'll keep counting down until zero e.g. if I voted on one website to get my 15 minutes, and I voted again when I had 5 minutes left, I would still have 5 minutes left after voting. Seeing as WorldEdit is in popular demand among non-Elites, I think this would highly encourage players to vote more. If needed, the time limit could be raised/lowered.

I don't know if voting is broken or not, if it is then maybe take this into consideration after it's fixed.

I really don't think this is a good idea. Elite(+)s have paid money and one of the main reasons people buy Elite(+) is for w/e. It seems unfair to those who paid for the rank to just let Defaults, VIPs and VIP+s be able to get it by entering their name onto a website, even if it is only 15 minutes.

Personally I think this is a good idea to encourage people to vote and it would be beneficial for the server, however it wouldn't be fair on Elites because they paid a significant amount of money to have access to World Edit.
