Question
How come in Murder, sometimes if you shoot the murderer, you're percentage doesn't go up? Sometimes I'll shoot the murderer, and my percentage doesn't go up. But if I do nothing, and live, my percentage goes up a little.

The Murder ranking system is based off of an algorithm that takes many different variables to determine your rank. I can't think of a simple answer to this question, sorry.
