I've seen people do something like "spoilers" but I don't know how to. Please help me. It is also the same with adding pictures or something, I don't know how to explain what it is though. Sorry!

What you're talking about is "BBCode". You can find a fully detailed guide here, it should tell you exactly how to add spoilers, images etc.
