Run was my first thought. It would be anyone's first though if Widows were chasing them. I signaled to the window and he nodded. We both ran for the window and I shot it. It broke and Alvin jumped over. I said "get the girl! It's almost sunset!". He ran and I looked back. I placed tnt in front of me and said "weapons aren't the only thing here". I jumped out and the armory exploded behind me. I was apparently knocked out and when I woke up I was being dragged by Alvin. He said "I found her". I said "well where is she...". He said "she wouldn't come down, when I tried to get her down she started kicking". I said "so she still hasn't gotten down?" And Alvin said "no, she's down all right. But she's fast". I said "if she doesn't want help, we can't help her". He looked down and said "it doesn't feel right though". I got up and said "I have 17 tnt left". He said "we should return to the treehouse". I nodded and we both walked back. It was now dark out and we were still walking. We found the treehouse and we saw a Widow standing next to it. "Back, now" said Alvin and we both got behind trees. I said "don't these things ever give up?". Alvin said "I guess they don't" and he looked back. The Widow was gone. He looked back at me and his expression changed. He said "behind you!" And I turned around. The Widow was standing right behind me and it screeched loudly. Alvin shot it in the mouth and its screech died. Alvin said "treehouse, now!". We both ran and I said "if they get a scent on us, they'll find the treehouse" and in saying this, Alvin's expression changed. He looked up and said "go behind me". I slowly went up behind him and he said "it's ok". I came up and found the girl hiding in the corner. I said "is that... The girl you were chasing down?". Alvin nodded and said "it's ok, were not going to hurt you". She looked up and said "what are they". I stayed silent and heard noises below. I whispered "you help her, I'll make sure they don't come up". He nodded and he said to the girl "they are called Widows, according to my friend here". The girl showed a knife to Alvin and it had blood on it. She said "that's all I remember from my sister". Alvin asked about the knife and she didn't respond. She said "who are you guys?". I looked at him and he said I'm Alvin, and him (pointing at me), I call him Diamond. But who are you exactly?". She said "me? I'm Nicole". Alvin looked at me and I heard a loud sound from below us. It was a Widow but it sounded like it just died. I slowly climbed down and looked around. I saw about 6 dead Widows with arrows in them. I looked around and saw a person with a hood. They wore a cloak and they looked agile. I yelled "hey!". The cloaked person looked back at me but I couldn't see her face (like Alvin said, I needed glasses). They ran away and dissapeared into the shadows. I climbed back up and said "we're not the only 3 people alive". Nicole said "of course we aren't, there's more out there". Alvin looked at her and said "how do you know there's others?". Nicole said "because I met them". I looked at him and he stood up. He walked over and said "I'm hungry, I'm going down to the village again. I can protect myself". I knew it was a bad idea but I let him leave. I looked out the window and watched him run all the way until I couldn't see him anyone. I looked back at Nicole and said "so, who else is alive?". She didn't answer and I looked in my inventory (backpack). I took out a cookie from the bakery and she looked up. "You answer and you can have the cookie, is that ok?". She nodded and said "I don't know their names, but they told me I was too young to survive. They left me in the village". I thought about how she might not survive but I said "you'll make it, don't worry". I honestly wasn't sure if she would and from the look on her face, I knew she didn't know either. "I'm tired" she said and she walked over to the 2 sleeping bags. She got in and started snoozing. I looked outside and was worried for Alvin. I also wondered who the archer was. I had no idea what was going on, it was too much to take in for one day. I fell asleep and started snoozing in the second sleeping bag. I woke up when my computer made an alert sound. I checked what it came from and it was from Alvin. It said "help, pyrotechnics area".
