why i cant apply for a helper

i went to apply for a helper and I have over 25 points but it just said error and I cant apply so if u know why tell me plz

You have to fill in an age over 14, so even if your not 14, just fill in 14, they would probaly change that soon, also don't forget to fill in every field, it's a must.

Firstly you had to have your VIP synced and have your forums active for over a week as well as be 14 years old.
