why do beacons lagg every1 on creative

Just a thought, why do they?
 
I believe it may be because they create a large amount of particles and other things, like the light beam you see.

That and it's light beam also causes lots of lag. And the potions are infinite. The MC can't get used to that, so it lags.
 
Beacons lag the server as well as individual mc clients is because of multiple reasons
The obvious one is the large amount of particles and blocks/chunks that the beacon light affects vertically and horizontally, but also the particle effects themselves cause small issues as well. Another reason is the potion effects that the beacons create. The animation of the beacon light spinning can have an affect on the server as well.
But in the big picture of things, the server can handle beacons, it is when an overwhelming about of about, let us say, 9+ beacons are together on any one plot that the lag is noticeable on the server log and causes a bit of lag.
I hope this is enough of an explanation.
 
I believe heads represent one entity: like a creeper, zombie, or player even though they aren't there. Multiple entities in the same place cause lag as well.
