As all 9 contestants stand unstable in a circle, jaws dropped, they ponder, looking at the soulless body. Slowly, two large men, both wearing jet black suits lay a thin silky emerald cloth over the cold skeleton. Wolfia was gone, forever...
Butler: Well, the murderer did a good job of not getting caught. Come on, go get ready for lunch, the next game will be shortly after.
Everyone thinks carefully of who the murderer was, they all look at each other, nervously.
Mia: It must've been someone from our group, I'm scared.
Lana: Same, it couldn't have been anyone from their group. We were in a dangerous situation Mia, it could've been one of us!
Mia: Luckily, it wasn't, that's the main thing.
Nick: What you two talkin' about? You know who the murderer is?
Lana: We think it was someone from our gr-
Mia: Who's asking?
Nick: Chill, if you don't want my help, then fine..
Lana: Help? Why would you help us?
Nick: Because I want to win this game just as much as you,if we all trust each other and survive till the end, we could catch the murderer and all win! I just need you two do something for me.
Mia: It depends.. what do you want us to do?
Nick: Just listen to me throughout this whole game, I can make sure we survive, and catch the murderer! Deal?
Mia and Lana both look at eachother, unconvincingly, but they both nod.
Mia: It's worth a shot, just don't make us do anything stupid that could get us killed.
After all the contestants have eaten lunch and are ready, they are guided once again, outside into their large garden. All that stands in front of them is the butler, and the biggest maze they have ever seen. Green bushes and red leaves, everywhere.
Butler: Right, let's get right into this. As you can see, this is a maze. This is called '"Run For Your Life". Now, I'm sure you all know how mazes work, the first person to get to the other side is the winner! Easy? Pfft, not even close. This may look like a normal maze, but trust me, it isn't. You will all work independently for this, no groups, no teams! The last contestant to cross over that finish line, well.. let's say the maze will take care of that player. Now, when you here this noise "DIIIIIIIING" that means some visitors will come out to pay a visit to you. Good luck, may the best contestant win.
All contestants line up in a line, facing the horrific maze, waiting for it's meal. Nick nudges Mia and Lana, signalling them to follow him as he runs in. A short silence fills the atmosphere, then is quickly gone with a loud gun shot, allowing the contestants to run freely in towards the monster. Justin and Hayley run towards the left, Knox slowly trailing behind them. Fleur runs straight through the middle right before Nick, Mia and Lana has the chance, so they decide to run to the right. Daniel hesitates as he watches them all run for their lives, then runs through the middle, far away from Fleur.
Mia: Nick, do you know where we're going?
Nick: No, but I'm feeling the luck with me today, c'mon! There's no time for breaks, we must reach the finish line.
Lana: Nick, don't get us killed! Slow down and think about where we're go-
"DIIIIIIING"
Mia: Oh no, that's the signal! Run!
As the three of them run in fear, Justin takes a slow walk through the maze. He seems calm and collected, until..
Justin: What are you!? Don't hurt me!
In the fear of being killed, Justin picks up his pace and sprints in horror, as a strange looking wolf chases after him, hungry for human flesh. He runs into the back of Hayley, who was caught in a dead end, then around the corner, they hear a little growl, which turns into a much bigger and louder growl. They slowly lean backwards, their backs scratching against the prickly twigs, then surprisingly, the growl stops.
Knox: BOO! Haha, bunch of wimps.
Justin: Not funny Knox! This is serious, we thought you was a monster.
Knox: Hey, I thought you wanted me to 'lighten up'?
Hayley: Not like that!
Justin and Hayley both walk away, annoyed with Knox. But Knox follows them.
Lana: Mia, did you hear that?
Mia: Hear what? Lana, don't scare me.
Lana: Nick, did you hear that sound? I heard a bush rattle.
Nick: Lana, look around, we're surrounded by bushes, it was probably the wind or something.
Lana: I'm not kidding, I heard something rattle in that bush right there, it was no wind.
Nick: If I look, will you stop being a baby?
Lana: Hey! I am not a baby! Just look under, in case there's something..
Nick: Whatever, look..
Nick lifts up the bottom bit of the prickly bush, and nothing appears.
Nick: I told you, nothing is th-
"Sssssssss"
Mia: Snake!! Run!
Mia and Lana run as quick as cheetahs, whilst Nick's ankle get's caught in a bush. He tries desperately to get out, when suddenly, a slithering, slimy, scary green snake, appears beside is leg. It's charcoal tongue sneaks out it's poisonous mouth. It's scarlet red eyes glare into Nick's innocent, worrying eyes. Then, all of a sudden...
Mia: Lana, look! There's the finish line!
Lana: Where's Nick? We left him!
Mia: So what, he tried to get us killed!
Lana: Everyone is already here! Quick.
As Mia and Lana sprint over the finish line, the entrance closes behind them.
Butler: I see everyone came out alive. Nice job, right, let's go in for some tea shall we?
Fleur: What about Nick?
Butler: What about him, he's the mazes problem now...
