It is Pipi Osu. But Pipi Osu ISNT a character from yandere Simulator. Yandere dev putted it as an Easter Egg.

It is actually the mascot from the game named 'Osu!' .
 
Oh, I just know Pipi from Yandere Simulator. I had no idea she was an easter egg, I thought only MIDORI GURIN was an easter egg (Due to Yan Dev's video about her)

I knew she was from something, but I only know her from YanSim =P

Her name is Yuno Gasai, she is a yandere for Yuki, am I correct? (Ps, im not answering since its already been answered)
