The question is in the title.

When can I know if my report has been answered?

I reported about 2 days ago and I haven't received any alerts about it yet.

Is it not gonna tell you if it has been answered?

Please answer!
 
If you scroll down the main page of forums, there is a section which says 'User Reports'. When you have clicked on this, you will be able to see your report. Next to it, there will be a coloured box which either says pending or resolved. If it says resolved, the issue has been sorted.
I never get notifications, so I'm pretty sure the only way to know if your report has been solved is to check that section.
 
@BeccaEmilia answered this very well, also it may be set as rejected, which means you didn't provide sufficient evidence for the report. Thread locked.
