Basically an admin
 
Developers, or commonly known here as Admins, do all the coding stuffs sor the server. They code games, / commands, and hub items (like the compass, the thing you use to get around places easier).
 
Yep, Silver's got it. Developers create everything on PartyZone (besides builds), and have the Administrator rank on the forums and in game.
