Not really that much as a donator rank, but you are part of the moderation team, so you get all the moderating commands. (e.g. /warn, /tempban, etc.)

I think a Helper has all the perks of a VIP+ as well as his Helper commands like /mute. I'm not exactly sure so a Staff Member's clarification would be helpful.
I also think that Helpers don't get /ban and that's only for moderators and admins.

I still provided additional information. Maybe it's inaccurate. Still, #TheMoreYouKnow.
As helper you have all the perks as any bought rank, including ELITE and E+. (I know this because i have seen helpers use saddles) You can warn/temban/mute people if they break the rules :3
I think Helpers get all the perks that all purchasable ranks get: all gadgets, hats in murder, /speed, WorldEdit.
But it would be better if you guys actually asked a helper xD

We get all of the VIP to Elite+ perks, as well as some (but not all) of the commands used for moderation.

Please know that applying for Helper just so you can have these perks is not a good idea. You will not have the right mindset needed to be a good and effective Helper.
