Actually dreaming too much is bad for you. Since you're dreaming, you're also sleeping at the same time. So sleeping more than normal is worse than sleeping less than normal(Sleeping less than normal is still not very nice which I should be telling myself instead of you but because I'm unanimously ignorant I won't tell it to myself). Here I have provided a reasonable, scientific explanation for a subject that is going astray from the OP topic(Again referencing my obvious ignorance) which, I am completely and honestly sure, will most definitely NOT be proven as a satisfactory explanation for a simple sentence that, again, has nothing to do with the OP topic(Ignorance reference #3).
