for some reason the new World Edit doesn't let the player copy and paste signs (ELITE+). I don't know if this change was intentional, but it is very annoying. i suggest you remove this disadvantage.

I think it is to prevent from copying staff's signatures and signs with commands.
(mostly because of signs with command because you can't copy a command block either)
