OK I'm have applied to be a helper and I have been in the forums a lot. Can I make suggestion on someone's user report? Like if someone was reported for advertising and I see in the screenshot someone cursing can I say that he needs to report so and so for cursing? (I have done this, but I don't know if I'm getting to helperish)

It's not really necessary. Staff are able to also see these things and act upon them in the same report.
I actually have the same problem.. I need to know how to become active on the forums. If it's answering questions, I can do that! I just bought VIP and I really want to be a helper!
