Question
How do players obtain the admin rank? Do mods get promoted to admin? Is there a seperate Application menu for Admins? Or what
 
There used to be applications for the Admin rank as developer but they are currently closed until further notice. Aside from that, there is no other way to obtain the Admin rank without the direct approval of one of the Owners.
