This is a UNOFFICIAL guide, for people that want to know how to collect the presents for the hub event, well here's how.
Step One:
Find a present once you've found one it should look like a head, with particles on it, right click on the present and it will come into your inventory, here is an example of what a present looks like it can be any of these colors, red, green, blue or purple.
Step Two:
There are sacks all around the map, you must find them, the present color should match the color of the sack if it doesn't then it won't let you put the present in, if the present color matches the sack color, simply go inside the sack and while holding the present and step on the pressure plate you should get a notification that you have successfully delivered the present.
Here's an example of me putting a present in the sack and what a sack looks like:
Viewing Your Stats:
To view your stats simply right click the present in your inventory (even if you haven't collected a present there should be one in your inventory that you can't put in a sack), you'll see all the presents you collected on the top, and bellow you should see three items, the time left, your stats such as your points, and presents collected and toggle global stats.
Types of Presents:
When you collect a present it should tell you the type it is, there are 5 types of them, Badly wrapped, Loosely wrapped, Firmly wrapped, Perfectly wrapped and Merrily wrapped.
Global Stats:
In your inventory, click on the green dye that is called "Toggle viewing global stats" until it is red, that means you have enabled global stats for you to see.
When you hover over your presents you've collected or your stats, you will see, "Number / Number" the number on the left is your collected presents/stats, the number on the right is what everyone else's collected presents/stats.
Particles:
If the particles are colored, that means you have not collected that present, if the particles are gray, that means you have already collected that present.
Prizes:
The prizes will be announced in a few days.

There are 36 presents in total since there are only four group types of presents, red, purple, green and blue, you'd have to find 9 presents for each.
How do I know I collected all the presents?
To know if you have completed all the presents, open the present in your inventory, and hover over the book, if you see "Completed Sacks: Number", to complete all the presents you must have "Completed Sacks: 4", if you do not see "Completed Sacks", that means you haven't collected one group of presents yet.
What are unique presents?
Unique presents are how many types you have collected of that present: ex. Badly wrapped, Loosely wrapped, Firmly wrapped, Perfectly wrapped, Merrily wrapped, if you have all of them for one present in your stats you should see: "Completed Presents: Number".
What do I get if I collect all 36 presents?

Yes, the presents despawn after an amount of time.
Will the presents spawn randomly?
Yes, they will spawn randomly, each hub has a different location for the presents and where they are spawned.
If someone collects a present will I be able to collect the same one right after?
Yes, you will be able to collect the same one even though someone already collected it.
