It seems to me that not many actually know what the Helper rank can do. Helpers basically monitor and moderate our surroundings and assist others when asked for it. We moderate the chat and make sure everything is appropriate and 'nice' .
Most Importantly, a Helper ensures that everyone is having Fun on the server and does what they can do make sure of that.
Helpers also help those in need in Creative by reporting problems to higher staff that they themselves can't deal wit.
Helpers also help keep as many things as possible in Creative PG/Appropriate as can be.
Helpers are limited to what we can do, but that is why there are higher staff such as Moderators and Admins.
