"We have now landed. We hope you enjoyed your flight." "Enjoyed?" Asked Gabby, "More like dreaded it. It sucked. Everyone was screaming, throwing snacks, and slurping their soda. Not to mention, the plane was moving us around 24/7." "I'm just glad that 49 hour flight is over." Hidoshi said. "Same," Lizzie agreed. "What're we waiting for? Let's go!" Aiden shouted.
-Lizzie (Lolno)'s POV-
I stepped off the bus. The place where the hotel was was amazing. It was in the city, near all sorts of tall buildings. "Perky, you alive?" Gabby asked. "oye," I responded. "C'mon, we're going inside." "k." All 4 of us went inside. The hotel smelled like oranges, which wasn't so bad. But, at the same time, it kinda smelt like... just... funny... "Does anyone else smell that?" Aiden asked. "I thought I was the only 1," I answered. "Well, I don't smell it," Gabby said. "You're the only 1, then," Hidoshi told me. "oh," she responded. "Well, let's go to our room... I think it's 11:20..." Gabby spoke. "Shouldn't we check in first?" Aiden asked. "oye." We walked over to the reception or whatever it's called. The receptionist spoke in a foreign language. We all looked at eachother. We looked back at the receptionist. "Huh?" We all asked. "Oh! You are foreigners. I am sorry. Welcome to the hotel, and Ethopia, I guess." She said. She stared at her feet for 2 seconds. "Where are you guys from?" She asked. "We flew from the United States, but we're from Ontario, Canada." I answered. "Oh! Did you guys with that show? Are You A History Nerd?" She asked, "It's a very popular show here." "Actually, we did. We kicked Beijing's butt!" Hidoshi exclaimed. She laughed. "Tokyo is a big competition, though, watch out, they haven't been defeated since I remember. Thirty years now, maybe?" Our eyes widened. "Oh, crap. We actually weren't aware..." Lizzie whispered. "Well, it's 11:16, maybe you guys should head up and... get settled?" "Yeah, we should yet checked in now," Gabby said. "Room number?" "11:20." A sinister grin was plastered across her face. "Here's your key," she handed us the key. "Bye!" She waved. We walked away, and went up on the staircase to our room. "She is so creepy..." I whispered. "True, why did she want to know so much about us?" Hidoshi asked. "I wouldn't say so much, but she seemed creepy," Gabby responded. "True... hey, guys? My phone says the date is '01/01/01,' I thought it was '07/26/17,'" Aiden said, creeped out. "That's... weird..." Hidoshi said. "My phone says the same!" I exclaimed. Gabby tripped down the stairs. She got up. "Guys... I couldn't have randomly tripped... I know, we're walking on a staircase... but.. I'm paying attention..." "That witch lady did something!" Lizzie shrieked. "Well, apparently, the time is 11:18... guys... what if our room number is a time for something? We should get to our room at 11:20." We all rushed over to get to the last door at the stairs. By the time we opened it... it was 11:19... when we stepped in... it was 11:20. Everything disappeared as soon as we stepped in, and blinked.
