First you connect to play.mcpz.net this will take you to the network. Once you are in the lobby, right click on the compass to play a game mode.
Murder - Left click on the redstone dust, this will teleport you to the Murder section of the lobby. Walk forwards and either right click on any sign or walk into the portal to join a game.
Downgrade - Left click on the blaze rod, this will teleport you to the Downgrade section of the lobby. Walk forwards and either right click on any sign or walk into the portal to join a game.
Creative - Left click on the firework rocket, this will teleport you into Creative. Type /plot auto to get an empty plot.
Elite Survival - This game mode is only for players with the Elite rank. However, if you purchase Elite, left click on the grass block, this will teleport you into Survival. Walk around and find a place to live, and build whatever you like.
Make sure you are following the rules for each of these game modes, and the server rules as well!
