Hey was interested in this rule:
"Don't play against your own team" which also says including extensive bystander shootings. Does this mean bystander shootings are reportable if they shoot a extensive amount? Also what is your extensive amount?

If a player continuously kills bystanders in a very short space of time then you can indeed report them.

I would say roughly 3-4 random shots in a short period of time is enough to warrant randoming
