This question I shall explain it better. So let's say I were to shoot a gun and aim perfectly at the murderer. Yet the murderer would throw a knife at me. We both shoot each other perfectly at the same time. Yet only one of use live. Before it was possible for both people to die. So was it taken out or what?.
