Why lock a thread when people are "aggressive" to be completely straight forward isn't it your job to manage the players not just lock a thread because it got a hint of hate to it. I am starting to find this a bit annoying. Having to power to take it easy is fine and all just don't abuse it. Cause some suggestion might be needed even if 2 people start fighting on or off topic doesn't decide that the thread should be forgotten.

Just because a thread locks, it doesn't mean that it has been forgotten. The feedback team goes through all of the suggestion threads. Suggestion threads lock if players are being rude, argumentative or going off topic because it means the feedback team do not have to go through all these useless comments instead of focusing on the suggestion and the useful comments.
