When a player is banned, how lomg does it take until the player's stats are wiped. As well when are the times a player's stats are wiped?

Player's stats are not usually wiped if they are banned. This is because there is always a chance they can be unbanned from an appeal or unbanned for another reason. If a player came back from a ban to find their stats had been wiped, that would be unfair as it would waste their hard work.
