Is there specialization within the staff team? By this I mean one staff member is more skilled at catching xrayers or better at monderating chat. Then they are hand picked for that job whe many staff are online? Or a team devoted to helping players while the others stay at their posts?

Basically and kinda of specification besides appication team and such.

All the staff members are the same, we don’t have set jobs to do we all do the same thing which includes catching hackers, watching chat etc.
