Is there a way to delete all of my past content or thread? Or can I simply delete them 1 by 1?

I'm afraid there is no way to do either of these things. The method of deleting threads is to report them and request they be deleted by a Moderator. However, if you have a lot of threads then this may not be plausible I'm afraid.
