Sarah Halk looked at the map in her hands and felt sad.
She walked over to the window and reflected on her dull surroundings. She had always hated quiet Ohio with its low, lonely lakes. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel sad.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Josh Erden. Josh was an intelligent hero who was tall and had handsome eyes.
Sarah gulped. She glanced at her own reflection. She was a thoughtful, special, tea drinker with blonde hair and gentle eyes. Her friends saw her as an impossible, inexpensive introvert. Once, she had even made a cup of tea for a complete stranger.
But not even a thoughtful person who had once made a cup of tea for a complete stranger, was prepared for what Josh had in store today.
The wind teased like walking cats, making Sarah lonely.
As Sarah stepped outside and Josh came closer, she could see the bright glint in his eye.
Josh gazed with the affection of 7616 gentle freezing foxes. He said, in hushed tones, "I love you and I want Relationship."
Sarah looked back, even more lonely and still fingering the map. "Josh, I don't need you in my life anymore," she replied.
They looked at each other with heartbroken feelings, like two odd, outrageous owls talking at a very modest accident, which had classical music playing in the background and two gracious uncles crying to the beat.
Sarah studied Josh's tall body and handsome eyes. Eventually, she took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Sarah in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't love you Josh."
Josh looked angry, his emotions raw like a bloody, black bear.
Sarah could actually hear Josh's emotions shatter into 8114 pieces. Then the intelligent hero hurried away into the distance.
Not even a cup of tea would calm Sarah's nerves tonight.
