Hi, My friend is having trouble getting onto the Minecraft Server. We have tried everything and it hasn't worked. We don't know what to do. When she tries to log into the server it says this : io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:

We don't know what to do. How can she get onto the server and what can you do?

First of all, make sure you're connecting to the right IP (play.mcpz.net/vip.mcpz.net/elite.mcpz.net). If you have typed the IP correctly and it still isn't working, try checking your wifi. You can try rebooting the router as well. If that still doesn't work, try connecting to creative.mcpz.net (and if you need to get to other games, do /hub). If it still doesn't work after that, try restarting your game and/or re-downloading minecraft. If none of that works, private message me on the forums and I can help you out more.
