He is saying shut up to me! and saying stuff about me and my YT channel!

If a player is being rude to you, please screenshot evidence and fill out a report, as @Odaesus said. That way, the player can be given a proper punishment. Unfortunately you need evidence to report someone, so there's not much anyone can do unless you have screenshots.
