I understand what you mean, I used to think it too. The server isn't what it used to be, and change is always good. I used to be punished for most things, until I had to settle down. Now, not liking the staff? They are teenagers yes, I always though that it would be better if the age a person has to be to apply was 15, rather than 13. But, you said you dislike the staff because they're ridiculous, no offence, what if you were the ridiculous one. I agree that it's painful for being punished for something extremely childish, but they're doing their "job".
Also don't assume that when you are punished it's for something you immediately did, sometimes the punishments take time to process.

Going by what you’ve stated, your brother was on your account and griefing plots. Despite your claim, it was on your account, and you are responsible for your account as several have stated. We welcome all players but will take action if rules are broken.
As always, you are welcomed to make an appeal for the punishment given. Evidence will most likely always be provided, if not, just ask! Then, if you still feel as though it is false, feel free to make a staff abuse report with evidence on how it is false; a member of leadership will then deal with it.

Honestly I don't think this thread is the most respectful thing you could have done. While you may be upset about your punishment, as Emo said I do also think you're not telling the complete truth here. If your appeal was rejected then you've got to just accept that you griefed. You don't need to take it so seriously and bring a staff member and an ex-staff member into your original post. Sorry if I came across rude but again, this isn't the way to take it and I don't think it's the most respectful thing you could've done about this situation.
