Let me get thins in order about pros and cons of the server in a list. Pros: 1. Griefing able to be detected! 2. Block spamming is detected. 3. It's cool? Cons: 1. Pretty much most of the staff are teenagers. 2. My friend got muted for a dumb reason. 3. I dislike one of the members. Now moving onto why I dislike the server and why I "like" it. Why I like it: There are roleplays, I can not find any other server with that server option. Splatter is a rip-off of my favorite game, Splatoon, which I can not afford. Why I dislike it: The staff half of the time are flat-out ridiculous. Not talkin' about you, DesertMeadow and Dizzeh. There's this one staff member, not specifying name, I totally dislike. I am sorry if this offended the server.

what's the problem with that? i've met and worked alongside many respectable teenage staff members.

all mutes are fair, if your friend was muted for a "dumb reason" it was because they broke a rule that's clearly stated in the guidelines. they should appeal if it's that ridiculous.

okay, you're allowed to not like someone, but how's that a criticism of the server? that's like saying you hate an entire food chain because you met one worker that gave you a bad impression. this server has had thousands of unique players over the year and dozens upon dozens of unique staff members.

my guy... how do you get a staff of adults when the server demographic is comprised of 12-13 year olds? im going to guess you’re not even a teenager yourself, so i find that argument pretty ridiculous.
in most circumstances, i’d agree with the staff being ridiculous, but in you’re case they didn’t do anything wrong. it isn’t ridiculous to punish someone if they’re caught griefing, even if it is “your little brother” as you claim. you’re responsible for your own account. now correct me if i’m wrong, but that seems to be what sparked your little outrage.

And its also annoying becouse the "Popular" people get the most attention and just ignores every other "Normal" person.

The staff just need to find a grip on things and get things in order. We all aren't perfect so why should staff be? Of course if they lash out and all its reportable. We all have mistakes.

You are just hating on the staff not the server as a whole. Staff are a side string in a Web of the server. Staff might hold higher significance yet they are not the actual server.

Lastly I respect your opinions so the above are mine on yours.

Because they are out into positions where they kind of have to be. They are our role models, and our leaders. Most people need people to look up to. They should set a great example.

Let’s just be clear that not all previous staff were just acting. (Absol, Diz, Rena, and I’m sure there’s a few others who are actually mature)

I've been a member of this server for well over two years and I've had my personal experience with most of the staff over the years as well as the current one, and, whether you believe this or not, I've met many, many staff who purely just care about the server and the users within it. If anyone "acted" nice it would be rather obvious, and I've only met a handful of staff (whom are no longer around, so I wont be pointing fingers) who 'acted' nice and were somewhat rude, but they didn't last long. You don't gain anything on this server by pretending to be friendly, you gain things on this serer by actually being nice. You might not like the staff, but having worked alongside dozens of them to help make this server be the best it can is very eye-opening. A lot of these people truly care about their "job" and those who they interact with and talk with.

Well wasn't trying to say anything just that as I have heard/seen some staff look as if they were pretending to be nice.

I used a bad example, sorry for that. But my point was staff don't need to pretend just being themselves while keeping it in the rules is fine. Staff don't need to be "perfect" that's all I was trying to say sorry if I offended you by saying you were pretending.

This, I can agree with. I've been punished SO MUCH for crap I did back in 2015 and 2016, like Jesus Christ staff it's almost 2018, stop living in the bloody past. And I've been banned for ridiculous reasons and all that.

Now before anyone says stuff about "punishments are 100% fair, you only get banned/muted if you broke the rules", well I've seen lots of people get punished WITHOUT breaking the rules, so don't pull the fairness card on me.

I understand that staff sometimes make mistakes and punish people for things that may not be true and I respect your opinion. You do have the right to say something like that and staff sometimes might think someone may be hacking/griefing/spamming chat and ban/punish them for that reason.

Now, Not all staff are ridiculous like you said here. There are plenty of mature staff members like Snuwy, Iruu, Starthefishgirl, Bheryl, Etc. Also, Staff are Humans too, and you know, humans make mistakes. I know you have the right to say this as it is your opinion and we are free to express our opinions and how we feel about things.
My opinion is that this thread should be locked as it is just unnecessary now, but of course, I have no control over this. I think it would just make everyone calm down. We all need to realise that this is just somebody's opinion. Who cares if people agree or disagree.

Instead of targeting staff and saying how bad they are, message them privately about how they could maybe improve that part of themself, or make a staff abuse report so they can be talked to by the higher ups. Threads like these cause drama and don't really improve any behaviour from the staff team.
As mentioned before not all punishments are fair, but a majority of them are. Staff members do not deal out punishments without actual evidence, so ask for the evidence of you doing whatever you may have did and see if you actually broke the rules. I'd also like to add that Staff members themselves aren't entirely to blame for your overall punishment, as there are certain rules staff have to follow when giving out punishments.
In my opinion, the consequences for breaking the rules are all fair, it's your own fault if you break them / someone else breaks them as you should be more secure with your account.

I'm not too sure why you care so much that the staff are teenagers, most adults don't even play this block game, so who else are they supposed to get as staff? Also, just because you dislike some of the members and the staff, doesn't mean you have to make a whole post ranting about the server.
