Okay so, this is a bit of an odd question but are there places out of America that have the same / similar time zones to America?

I know certain parts of Canada have a similar time zone, but I want to know if any other parts of the world might? Though I doubt there are many, I would still like to know.

{By similar time zone to America I mean like an hour or 2 off from American times?}

Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia can't with America
