Minecraft 1.10 was just released today, therefore the server hasn't really had enough time to make it compatible. You can play in 1.8-1.9 However, I suggest you play on Minecraft 1.8, as 1.9 can cause a few bugs for yourself.
 
Update:
PartyZone now supports 1.8, 1.9, 1.10 clients. Although we highly recommend you using 1.8
