Actually I do believe this is a bug so it probably would be best to make a report like you suggested

This also happened to me, but simply doing /tptoggle fixed it!

This never happens to me because I keep /tptoggle on all the time.

They must have tp toggle off. Making it so they can't tp to anyone

I mean i did /tptoggle a lot of time's Then the same thing happens + Whenever you press Q the item wont get out of your inventory! sometimes per day sometimes nope
