What is this about?
This story is about the murderer in the St. Stevenson school, and as more people disappear after each blackout, Fluer gets more paranoid. From missing students to missing teachers, the murderer has to be found.

They were chatting in the Geography room, really just a room with four walls and a couple of tables. Azure, not listening to the teacher, Fluer, playing with her hair, Indigo, talking to Destiny and Mr. essentially talking to herself.

Blackout!
All scream. All run. All shout. All assemble on the field.
For break time.
They played until they found out the cause of the blackout, but didn't find one. But life was harder for Fluer. She was looking for her friend Divy. She hadn't come out of the Geography room and no one else had seen her around the school.
Fluer got worried but hoped that she had just... gone away, somewhere safe.
Weeks pass, no trace.
One week later, she and her friends went into the assembly hall.
The assembly goes by, as normal. And then, the teacher said the notices.
First, "Students, the locker rooms have been very dirty recently and are not being cleaned. Please, at morning break, go to your locker to tidy it."
Second, "The disappearance of Divine Yoav has been solved."
Fluer nearly stands up.
"She is not alive."
Fluer shoots back in her chair.
"May all of grade 9 stay behind as we believe the suspect is within the year group."
And guess what grade Fluer was in?

Grade 9 stay behind. Fluer began to sob with her head in her hands as her friends slapped her back in an attempt of making her feel better, telling her to 'cheer up'. But how could she do that when her best friend has died?
Fluer runs out of the door in complete agony and anxiety as her chest started to heat up and build up. She sat down in the corridor in a ball as the teachers run in.
He says, "Fluer, I know you're--"
Lights out.
Screams. Only screams. The teacher runs back in.
This time, Fluer remained with her classmates, knowing that in the last blackout, Divy is suspected to have died.
Lights on. Short one this time.
Everyone sits down on different seats and the assembly continues as normal. Fluer went back inside and sat on the cold, wooden floor.
The door opens.
A dead body slithers out of the door.

They had bulky arms and a black prescription and did not look like any of Fluer's friends, classmates or any student or teacher in the school.
All of Grade 9 stare at the door as well as the Headmaster.

Immediately, everyone in the room burst out of their chairs and bashed through the corridor.
Except for Fluer. She wanted to see this murderer.
After 3 minutes, absolutely no-one was in the room. But now was Fluer's time to shine.
She called, "Where are you?"
Nothing happened.
Again, "Where are you?"
Again, nothing.
One last time.
"WHERE ARE--"
She heard footsteps being emitted from the door to her left. It had a pane of glass in it, but the rest was wood. Fluer remained brave but backed away from the door.
"If you really killed someone, kill me! Right now!"
The door opens.
Fluer walks back.
A mask appears. The mask was turquoise and pink, and the thing was wearing some strange yellow spectacles.
Fluer gasps, "Oh my gosh."
Donk.
His body is seen. He was wearing a dark t-shirt, blue trousers and no shoes, but socks on sandals. Fluer hated him more now because she hated it when people wore socks WITH sandals.
He walks forward into the middle of the room.
Fluer is now leaning on the wall, pushing her back into it.
"Yes, I did kill Divy."
He takes his knife out. It looked to be a foot long.
"Yes, I killed Indigo."
So that was the dead body!
Fluer was never really friends with Indigo, but she was kind. And she has died.
"And who should I kill next..."
As soon as light could hit a wall, she pushed the fire exit door open and bolted down the road. But the murderer was faster.
"HELP!"
Except for Fluer. She wanted to see this murderer.

Fluer started running and immediately started to pant. Tears welled up like a whirlpool in her eyes as she could sense the footlong knife behind her. The murderer was running at unbelievably quick speeds - Would Fluer make it?
Fluer rapidly thinks of a plan to distract the murderer.
She's got one.
Her idea was, to run to the crossroads - One way to the reception, to the school gate or to the school. She thought that if she turned RIGHT, towards the school, and then turn right again, she could get the murderer to go forwards.
Crossroads incoming!
She runs right. The murderer is behind her.
Turns right again. The murderer is still there.
Turns left - not in the plan - The murderer goes right.
Great! Now Fluer can run to the school!
She runs. The murderer seems to be lost.
She is relieved.
Break time comes around. Fluer was playing with Destiny Lilianvik, she was playing Concentration 64 with her.
Azure was reading in the library. She loved reading books, especially massive, bulky ones. She was reading a book called 'A Life For Everyone' by Wyžcyn Razmyn, a famous Polish author.
And then, the lights went out.
Screaming! Nothing but screaming could be heard. The library was as dark as a cave at dawn. But, Azure decided to stay with the librarian, Ms Savage.
No one outside realised there was a blackout, except for one person outside, Evelyn. She was outside and saw the lights in the Geography room go out before people started flooding out of the library.
The bell goes and people go to lesson time, as usual.
But at lunchtime break, not everyone attended lunchtime break.
Azure was in the library after lunch but at that moment someone came up to her.
"Azure."
She looks up.
It's the murderer.
"Who... are you?"
"I murdered Indigo. I murdered Divy. I shall now murder you!"
"GO AWAY. YOU AREN'T KILLING ME!"
She backs off holding her book in front of her face.
"May I reveal myself?"
"I don't care! Just don't kill me! Please!"
He peels his mask off.
Their face looked football shaped and they had emerald green eyes. Their nose was positioned quite close to their mouth and the face looked bizarrely juvenile. The murderer also held the same footlong knife that the murderer was holding when trying to kill Fluer.
Azure was gazing at the face of Evelyn McCall.
Fluer rapidly thinks of a plan to distract the murderer.

"Evelyn... YOU KILLED BOTH OF MY FRIENDS?"
"Why, yes I did. Do you have a problem?"
"I DO. WHY DID YOU KILL THEM?"
"See, Indigo said on Skype a while ago she would kill me because I nearly killed her after being sent to the hospital. Then Divy... I just had to kill her."
"THAT'S NOT A GOOD REASON TO KILL!"
"Why yes, it is. And now I have good reason to kill you. What happened last week?"
Azure couldn't remember anything from last week.
It's a trick!
"DIE!"
And within a split second, the deafening sound of Azure's skin being penetrated by a knife was heard.
Azure Zuri Drops had been killed by Evelyn McCall.

Fluer left the lunch hall to play at break time with Destiny, but since she was still having lunch, she waited outside the library on a brick wall. Like she had expected, the lights were off.
Something caught her eye.
Brunette hair shining in the remaining light. A face attached to a body, facing away from the window.
A shirt that she recognised...
This was Azure!
And the librarian was lying down too...
Ms Amy Savage died as well?!
Fluer's legs immediately started to collapse. She had already started crying. She bounded her way back into the dining room and searched for the teacher on lunch duty.
She found him. Fluer quickly said to Mr Tashiharu, "Sir! Azure! She's dead! And the librarian!"
"May you repeat that?"
"AZURE AND THE LIBRARIAN ARE LYING DROP DOWN DEAD IN THE LIBRARY!" she exclaimed.
Now, everyone in the lunch hall lay their eyes on Fluer.
"I must see. Where?"
"Sir, in the library," she tried to say with her wavy voice.
They go inside the library.
The door creaks.
Mr Tashiharu immediately sees the body.
Without a word, he whispers, "Fluer, you must call the police. Go to my office and get the pho--"
POUNCE!
A boy leaps onto Mr Tashiharu like a cheetah and its prey and kills him instantly.
Fluer inhales and slams the door shut and runs straight down the terrace.
The murderer follows.
"Evelyn... YOU KILLED BOTH OF MY FRIENDS?"
"Why, yes I did. Do you have a problem?"
"I DO. WHY DID YOU KILL THEM?"
