This is a weird question but I just want to know the answers.

When you have paracetamol and water what goes in your stomach first

The paracetamol or the water??????

The water will go to my stomach first. The paracetamol will never make it because they would never be taken. Tablets... Ew.

I would think that if both are consumed at the same time then it'll depend on which particle will hit the stomach first since the paracetamol will have dissolved in the water.

Now obviously if you consumed either first then that one would enter the stomach first.
