Recently we’ve revamped the PartyZone Insights Team and we know what you must be thinking... What is The PartyZone Insights Team? The Insights Team, also referred to as Insights, has been around since March of 2017, but has been relatively small... until now, that is. In the weeks to come, we plan to expand our Insights Team in order to allow it to reach its fullest potential. This week, we have worked to reform the way the team operates, and we would like to explain our new system and allow more of our community members to join. So, you may be asking, what does Insights do? Well, it’s all in the name. Gaining insight, or an accurate and deep intuitive understanding of a person or thing is what our team is all about. I know, that’s a lot of big words so I’ll break it down. Insight is an in-depth understanding of something, which in this case is the way the PartyZone Network operates. Insight allows the staff members to understand what the players want, and allows the players understand how the staff team works. This way we can all contribute to making the network a better place for everyone. Who is in Insights? Who can be in Insights? Currently, the PartyZone Insights Team is mostly comprised of staff members, ex-staff members, and those who are very passionate about contributing to server events. However, that is about to change. With your help, we can expand our numbers, get more opinions, and help to take more steps towards bettering the network (continue reading for application linked below). An up-to-date list of sub-team members can be found here. What is the Insights Team like, and how does it work? The Insights Team is made up of seven sub-teams, however it is not necessary to be in any of them. Insights does have options for those who would not like to join a sub-team such as places to discuss ideas and make suggestions with the other creative minds of Insights. But wait… what are the seven teams? ✏ Quality Assurance and Community Feedback Team - Led by @SophieDrinksTea The purpose of the Quality Assurance and Community Feedback Team is to organize and push the suggestions of the Community and take steps towards improving the quality of all server aspects. The Community Feedback Team will put out loads of public polls, surveys and ask questions to engage and involve more of you guys! We will also ensure that PartyZone's content is kept to a high standard in terms of fun gameplay and continuous design, as well as being frequently maintained to this standard through updates and resolving bugs. We are here to listen to what all of you have to say, build upon those ideas, and help them become a reality. You’ll probably see a lot of us talking, interacting and idea constructing with members of the community. To join the team there is an application process once you have been accepted into Insights. ✏ Social Media Team - Led by @Jebb The purpose of the Social Media Team is to create more interactive and personal connections between the network and the community through our media. The Social Media Team will be making sure every platform is run with care, and is used for updates, announcements, and many more fun things. The Social Media Team currently runs the official PartyZone twitter. In order to join the Social Media Team, there is an application within the Insights Team. ✏ Marketing Team - Led by @Bitcoin The purpose of the Marketing Team is to manage the growth of PartyZone's playerbase and to continue coming up with plans and direction for the network. The Marketing Team will be ensuring the proper promotion of the network, and managing YouTuber connections. Team members are hand-picked, there is no application as of now. ✏ Stream Team - Led by @GamerGuts The purpose of the Stream Team is to do the weekly livestream on our twitch. As Stream Team Leader, GamerGuts manages the coordination of all things stream, such as holiday livestreaming and having fun and charismatic streamers joining her each Friday. Streams are hosted by GamerGuts, co-hosted by Stream Team members and attended by many community members. The application process for this team is still being decided upon. ✏ Creativity and Design Team - Led by @Emo The purpose of the Creativity and Design Team is to make the graphics and art used around the network for various purposes such as forums posts, and livestreams. As Creativity and Design Team Leader, Emo will be ensuring that we always have eye-catching threads and more than enough ideas to go around. To join the Creativity and Design Team, there is an application within the Insights Team. ✏ Build Team - Led by @Unstitched The purpose of the Build Team is to provide the network with high quality builds. The build team is the only Insights team to currently possess an in-game rank (BUILDER). The application process for this team is different than usual; the Build Team application format is located on forums - (here). You may apply/inquire about joining the Build Team without being an Insights Member. However, those who are accepted will need to be able to join the Insights discord chat. The Builder application process is long and thorough, and only skilled and practiced Builders will be accepted as determined by Unstitched and the other Builders. ✏ Event Team - Led by @Dizzeh The purpose of the Event Team is to organize and execute our annual and weekly events. These are events such as typical Karaokes and Build battle, but also include events for special occasions and Holidays. As Event Team Leader, Dizzeh plans to oversee the event making process on the network and ensures that we will continue to produce engaging events.
