Hey! So I been playing murder since nearly the beginning and it's so weird to think back about how much has changed. Here are some simple changes that some might not have been known or noticed.

For example Aventasaurus has been a mod for quite some time I don't even remember when they joined staff, I would even say they have been staff since 2014.

The List:
- Orgininally in 2014 murder had a generic lobby. It consisted of a small rectagular box and some parkour not the extreme detailed lobby we have now.
- Murder's ranked system wasnt as complex as it is now. Before it had a 1- any number system and ranking was much easier although it didn't favor new players. As well ranks could not be hidden. Gigo developed the new system that involved the block ranks.
- Blackout is the only map that was taken out and came back.
- Names could be read through walls unless you shifted.
- The book in murder originally was a GUI system. It had specific ones that would say a players name such as "the murderer is x"
- As well when the server was in 1.7 ish or 1.6.4 the book's redstone had a active charge making ladders fall in mansion and blackout when placed in the right area. This allowed you to get outside of the map.
- In the map Office there was a door behind a painting and most players would try to camp in there. Therefore making it almost impossible to kill them as the door would close inwards and holding right click to close the door if someone tried to enter.
- There was a bug where you could continuously duplicate the murder's knife and not have to get emeralds.
- In the previous murder lobby you could jump into the void by parkouring up and therefor go into the map if the timer reached 10 seconds. (Adding on) Once the orginal parkour was patched I found another way by jumping on the truck and then through the little window. Although it was later patched for the void sadly.
- In the map Italy you could gain access to the roof.
Added
-Getting on the mountains of the old temple map as well getting to completely hard to reach places on the edge of the map.
- Get on top of the tree on the old temple map. (iNeedSpeed)
-
On the original mansion map, down in the underground area, there was a secret button that w ok old activate a door below and enter it. It was a widely know "OP" spot.
(AvergeGuy)
- On the map overgrown there was a hidden vine area by the big pig painting.
(AverageGuy)
- 1st revamp Mansion? Apparently a way to get out of bounds.

-Murder was fun in 2014-2015. For me mainly less innocents being shot and the whole community has changed.
- On the 1st revamp of the clue map, in the underground area, there was a spot that was meant to be camped and it was a tedious place to get to until they made it easier with a little slab to hope onto it.
- On the orginal clue map there were vines of leaves in the main area that you could parkour on.
- There were two Christmas maps but both were taken out as one had map bugs and the other not certain. Could just be because it's not christmas time idk.
...
Ima end this here as I can't think of any others right now. But there are tons and tons of different changes that made the game different. If you have any I didn't mention please let me know!

None of those come close to getting on top of the tree on temple

There is so much you missed but so much I just genuinely can no remember, there were A TON of cheeky spots on the old temple map (oops just saw you added that), not to mention there are some newer maps that had out of bounds stuff. Also in the OverGrown Lab map (I think) there used to be a door within some vines and also right next to that a tiny little crevice that you could stand in. So sorry for my lack of knowledge on map names but the one with the big middle, underground passages, and a whole other building to the side had an out of bounds spot even with the barrier blocks. Also Mansion before the redesign had the underground hidden area you could camp in that was really dang annoying in all honesty. The one with the secret button. Shoot there's honestly so much I'm forgetting but not going to lie at all, a lot of this has something about it I just love. There was just so much hidden that you could find out and it created a whole skill cap that really you could only gain by playing a ton and talking to the other players. And sometimes I see no problem with some of it because with the maps being so big now, you can abuse hiding very very very very easily, hopefully thats changed but who knows.

I didn't wanna fill it completely with map spots as well I would like these to be nearly high end changes. xD.

Yes that vine area was overgrown. Now the underground stuff I believe you mean mansion after the remake, never liked it so I would never know xD. Wait

Probally this one? On the side building placing redstone near the edge triggered the ladders to fall down due to block update I guess and therefor you could get past them. Allowing you to go out of bounds but only as a way to hide. Although it didn't have barrier blocks so idk.

I completely forgot about the clue map change ^^ as well the old mansion camping spot. Thanks.

On a side note the glitches and silly things you found made murder good and even minecraft great tbh. The maps are getting smaller and maybe they will recognize what made this game so much fun.
