Blood....blood...it was everywhere. They didn't know what to do...everything and everyone was gone. Trust no one was what they learned. They were told not to trust after what they had all been through. Every man for themselves, there was no more trust in people...there couldn't be. One of the girls stood up with blood on her hands and shirt. She was shocked, she couldn't have just killed someone. Did she really have enough strength to kill them? She looked around seeing all the bodies that lay, she had killed most of them. Only the few that survived were hiding. Hiding from the girl who they thought they could trust the most. The one who they thought was going to protect them, but instead she betrayed them all. She broke them, she made her friends go against each other.
"It's complete." Her voice was soft. "I had finished the task I was to do." She knew she wasn't herself something inside her took her over. Another girl stood up. "Hey, you won't get away with what you have done." She was limping, her leg was slightly bleeding. A boy stood up trying to help the girl limping. "Stop!" He yelled, his voice husky. The girl who's task was complete walked off into the darkness. The boy tempted to go after her didn't as he knew he needed to help his girl. "I'm sorry I didn't stop her." His voice was more shaken as he realized the fact that he didn't think anyone else was alive. "Hey, it's okay." She reassured him everything was going to be fine. "We'll find the others." She said confidently. "How can you say that, most of them are dead. Can't you see?" He said in frustration. "Calm down, I know you're scared so am I, but this is not the time to freak out." She said as calm as she possible could. They both walked in the forest to see if anyone was alive. What they found was not what they expected.
