The Guardians' Shadows {SIGN UP}

Hello everyone, I am Wolfy, the writer of the story “Ashes of America” which I had to stop due to boredom and general loss of readers. This is my next story, The Guardians’ Shadows.

Spoiler: Blurb

Pixies and Jinns have been showing up more frequently around the land of Dathern, the kings of Porta Empire prayed to the Guardians to send eight warriors to help defend the land of Dathern from the creatures of destruction. It has been millenia and six centuries since the second era of Shadows. Shadows are what they call the ones gifted by the Guardians, each Guardian had a Shadow each. A massacre is on the horizon, will the Guardians answer the kings prayers? Or will the Guardians let Porta Empire crumble to embers and let the Jinns take over every last world.

Three years since seven of eight warriors have been surviving in Dathern, they don’t know what power they have and how they got to Porta Empire, but if as fate screamed down upon them, they all got arrested.

Let it be known. The Earth that the people came from is horrible, it is very homophobic and everyone is taught that is wrong to be attracted to the same gender or not be the gender you were born as. Mental disorders are not tolerated in any shape of form. Racist is a common adjective to describe this Earth. BUT, this does not stop people from being different races and being gay. Try have some diversity. (When a character is taken from a world they usually switch to their rightful gender’s sex, for example a male who is actually trans gets switched to a female)

Name: Zephyrine F. Aidos
Age: 18
>Nickname: Zephy
Personality: Zephyrine is a very forgetful, and strange girl. She often stays around one person, and becomes extremely dependent on them. There is moments when she is acting like a 10 year old, then she has her serious times. She is often deemed a ‘wild card’, since her emotions change a lot. Even with these problems, she is generally a very considerate person, and will care for you, even if she forgets your name in the next 5 minutes. When she becomes interested in something, she often wants to know more about that certain thing, such as if she sees that it’s raining outside, she will watch the rain and pay attention to nobody. She is never violent, and if she ever gets angry, she just throws a little tantrum like she’s a 2 year old. Then she’ll sit down and cry for a little bit.

Description: Zephy stands at 5’3”, and has a more stocky build. Her shoulders are broad, and her hips are a bit wider. She has a peach skin tone, with warm undertones. She has a button nose, squishy cheeks, and more rounder eyes, to give her a childish/innocent look. Her eyes are a pale green. Her hair is jet black, and she has the hairstyle of Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa, craziness and all. She usually wears a grey jacket, which seems to have a lot of holes in the sleeves, with a Goosebumps shirt underneath. She wears navy blue overalls, with overworn maroon converse. She keeps a card in her overalls pocket, which says her name, and age.
Backstory: She doesn’t really know much about her past, since she tends to forget it. What she can remember is hitting her head on something while she was rolling down a hill. Other than that, she can’t remember. What she cannot remember is that she was alone for most of her life, but she really didn’t seem to care. She was usually taken care of by homeless women who often loved her bubbly personality, but were upset to know that the girl they once loved dearly cannot even remember them for more than 10 minutes. She had stolen from a bakery, and rolled down a hill in a nearby forest, which is when she hit her head on a tree. She was never taken to the hospital, and since then, it’s incredibly difficult for her to learn, and remember things.
Likes: Her likes usually change a lot, but she seems to driven to things that have tons of color. She loves anything shiny or anything that could be considered ‘pretty’, like a diamond. She loves messing with butterflies and rabbits for some odd reason, and likes watching the stars.
Dislikes: She doesn’t really like being alone, and she gets panicky very easily. She doesn’t really like sour foods, and the color red. She has a fear of birds and mirrors, because she thinks one day her reflection will move when she’s not looking.
Weaknesses: Her short-term memory loss, inability to learn quickly, and has issues with her emotions.
Skills: She can make tons of things from sticks and leaves, which is a bit weird. She tends to write things backwards, which is something she’s oddly good at. She’s very sneaky, and can sneak around people very easily.

Personality: Minseo is quiet and introverted, she will never come up to somebody that she doesn't know out of the blue. She's extremely shy and won't speak publicly even if she's given a million euro. Despite her shyness, she's extremely friendly and kind if you get to know her, she will help you no matter what. Don't get on her bad side though, she will torture you slowly and unnoticeably.

Description: (Appearance) Pale skin with short platinum blonde/white hair. Navy sweater occasionally paired with a red tie. Short red skirt, black socks and dark brown boots. 5'7 in height, eye colour is grey-blue.
Backstory: She lived by herself probably all her life, nobody knows. She was independent ever since she was 2 years old. She was living in homeless shelters until she was 15. Nobody knows why her parents left her, they weren't there since, ever. She has found a small apartment now to live in and she's happy that way.
Likes: Art, being alone, staying inside.
Dislikes: The outside world - she thinks it's dangerous, major violence, arachnids.
Weaknesses: Large amounts of heat, she can't survive over 25 degrees Celsius. She's also an extremely slow runner, but a decent swimmer.
Skills: Swimming, archery, her aim is excellent, self defence (from all the people who tried kidnapping her when she was young)

Name: Camilla Hansen
Age: 18
>Nickname: Cam *Very little people refer to her as this.*
Personality: Camilla is a rather relaxed person. She has a rather good attitude towards a lot of things and for the most part, is rather positive. At times, she can be quite self conscious and slightly anxious, however it is nothing major and she hasn’t been acting up as much as she did when she was in her early teens and late childhood. She can also have some relapses in terms of depressive states, however this hasn’t been too frequent anymore either.
Camilla is generally a very calming person and her voice is somewhat soothing. She’s very emotionally wise and is incredibly empathetic. She will do her best to make sure other people feel happy, even if it’s just for a burst of a moment. She is also very musical, she will bop along to almost anything and loves to write music and often uses it to express specific emotions when she isn’t sure how exactly to put her own personal feelings to words. She comes across as odd in the sense that she will be able to deal with others emotions however struggles with the expression of her own at times due to the complexity of them at times. Although she can come across as an open book, Camilla is very reserved and even though you think you know her, when you think about it more, you realize how little there is that she’s shared.

Camilla is above average, standing at 5’9. She is somewhat skinny, however not conceringly. She does has some visible muscle and she is a bit curvy. Her skin is fair, however she easily tans. She’s got freckles sprinkled across her face and other parts of her body, including her legs and arms, most visibly. These freckles are most prominent during the summer but seen very visible all year round. She has a lip piercing and many other piercings on her ears, which consist of a double cartilage piercing, triple lobe piercings, rook piercings and tragus piercings.
She’s got very intense brown eyes and ginger hair, which goes down to her shoulder in messy waves. Her eyebrows are a bit darker than her hair and seem to be brown. Her cheekbones are a visibly carved slightly inward, however it is rather natural and suits her face.
Backstory: Camilla grew up in a normal and incredibly loving family for the first few years of her life. Her parents were incredibly supportive of her and she greatly admired them, as well as her older brother Espen. They were a very tight nit family who shared everything together. Although things only took a turn when Camilla was 6, she was attached to them and told them everything, including what bothered her, even though she was so young and to anyone else, those problems were minor. However, her family was very understanding and did their hardest to support each other and make things a lot easier as they grew up. As mentioned, things begin worsening when Camilla turtles 6. Her father abandoned them while their mother was becoming sickly. He could not deal with seeing his wife in so much pain and did not believe he could look after the children without her. In his selfish act, he left the three thin on ice, with money being incredibly tight. As a result of their mothers incapabiltiy to properly care for them, they were forced into foster care, however they would visit her every month. Every moment with her, the two cherished and were grateful for. Unfortunately it did not last long, and their mother passed away eight months after their placement in the system, on the day of Espens 9th birthday. This really damaged Camilla and caused her to fall into a severe depression. Camilla struggled severely in terms of social matters and generally her emotions, after her mother died. She had trouble making friends in schools and the constant switching added to that and caused her to become more closed off.
Eventually, the two were finally able to be adopted and were placed into a home with two mothers, at the age of 9 and 12. Although Espen accepted them and adored them as if they were his true family, Camilla was slow to and took around three years to finally consider them as a true family. As well, the school she had was not so supporting of their situation or their adoptive parents. This caused arguments between them and simply damaged Camilla mentally more.
Her brother encouraged her to join loads of clubs, in attempt to cheer her up and keep her mind active and used. She joined many clubs as distractions, soccer, judo, archery, swimming, athletics, creative writing, music and some more. However Camilla only kept on judo, archery and creative writing as she became overwhelmed by the amount and those were the areas where she succeeded the most in and brought her most out of the protective shell she had shut herself in.
When Camilla was 13, she was subdued to a very violent act by a few classmates and was physically and mentally damaged for the next year. Despite this horrific act, Camilla found inner peace and learnt to deal with her grief, and soon became more affectionate and happy with her new family, with a new adopted baby sister joining the mix when she was 15. As time progresssed, Camilla started to settle some more and became more content in light, however sometimes her past creeped on her in the shadows. To help, her parents allowed her to see a therapist, who really helped her over the two years they were actively visiting each other. Camilla is now incredibly thankful for all she had received and is grateful for her family, despite the random relapses and minor troubles, she has become a happier person, whose goals have really kept her going and inspire to make everyone’s day just a tiny bit better.
Likes: Camilla really likes all type of music and adores writing her own originals. As well, she has a bit of a knack for art. She adores reading and writing and believes poetry hides some of the most interesting mysteries of all time. She has a very active imagination and loves to curl up into a book or write her own stories and just leave reality and explore the world of the books she loves. Same also applies for music, a lot of music is a great escape and expression for her at times.
Dislikes: She doesn’t really tolerate just hateful people and those who make incredibly unnecessary and hurtful comments, even though sometimes their intention isn’t that bad, however when it’s constant it can really aggravate her. She doesn’t appreciate those who can’t keep anything things to themselves and finds the attitude rather distasteful.
Weaknesses: She isn’t very good at close up combat, although she can defend herself, actually damaging someone is pretty difficult. She’s also very reserved about her past, she does not like to reveal the troubles she went through. She also will do almost anything for close friends and family and if they were threatened would easily surrender if there were no other options.
Skills: Camilla is very good at languages and is fluent in Norwegian, English, Mandarin and French. She’s not fluent in Spanish and Latin but is learning them quickly. She is very good at self defense due to her practice with judo and is very good with projectiles. She’s got a fairly good aim due to her involvement in archery clubs and outside practices to develop this aim, such as using darts.

Personality: Tsumi is a bright happy go lucky soul, who is generally a nice person to be around. He is known to bring a bit of light into people's lives. He is outgoing and considerate but does have the occasional firey side when someone really ticks him off. When's he's mad (which he near never is) he's angry. Tsumi will never let a friend down and if he does he'll seemingly change to a sad shell of his former self.
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Pansexual
Ethnicity: European Greek/Italian (Olive skin tone)
Description: (Appearance, no namemc skins) Tsumi has sandy brown hair of medium which falls scruffily around their head. They have deep golden irises. He has a small nose which is slightly hooked. He has an athletic build and stands around 5"11. He wears a (top) half yellow (lower) half orange jumper over a white t-shirt. This is accompanied by black skinny jeans which yellow converse.
Backstory: Tsumi's always had the easy life due to his parents being loaded but he didn't let the fact make he stuck up and snobbish. He would try his best to help people less fortunate then himself. He loved his parents but didn't see them often enough to know anything about them. He eventually grew away from them spending most of his time in the sun with this friends or reading.
Likes: books, being cold, summer, and vanilla ice cream.
Dislikes: cheese and people who are so far up their own...
Weaknesses: Loosing control of his emotions (which has only happened once) which can cause him to set things on fire. Too much or too little exposure to sunlight. Too much makes him over power which causes him to shoot random beams of light & fire. Too little decreases his power.
Skills: Tsumi can form beams of fire/light which shoot out of his hands. These beams can also be shot out of his sword which causes them to be stronger and have a further reach.

He is also trained in ancient Greek sword and shield combat. He is great at climbing and acrobatic manoeuvres.

Backstory: oh boy hERE WE GO Yuki and his twin brother Koji were raised in a rural area of Japan with... not the best guardians; a father who was extremely upset about his wife's death that he irrationally blamed his twin boys for it, when in reality it was neither of their faults. This cycle continued until one day at a family gathering, the father dropped dead due to someone crushing a lethal dose of cyanide in his food, with the guilty family member getting away with the murder. Afterward, the twins were moved to be cared for by their adult older brother Sakai, who, yknow, aCtuALly cAREd fOR thEm, until he was murdered seemingly out of the blue, Koji swearing revenge on his caregiver right next to Yuki, who watched it all on the news. that was a dOOZY-

Personality: He's quite a violent boi with a temper shorter than... idk. its short. While he does sometimes take other's feelings into consideration before he does something, it's quite rare. He's not the type of kid you wanna mess with, with any wrong word potentially getting you in a brutal fight, or worse. He does tend to isolate himself from everyone except Yuki, and he's actually quite a goofball when he's with him.
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Closeted pan
Ethnicity: Japanese
Description: (Appearance, no namemc skins) Looks almost identical to Yuki (yknow, being twins and all) but he dyed his hair a vibrant shade of orange and has a robotic arm and leg. Instead of Yuki's baggy clothes, he wears a a dark blue jacket with a black scarf (to hide a biiig scar on his cheek) and dark blue jeans. For some reason, his eyes are a lighter shade of blue than his twin's.
Backstory: Koji and his twin brother Yuki were raised in a rural area of Japan with... not the best guardians; a father who was extremely upset about his wife's death that he irrationally blamed his twin boys for it, when in reality it was neither of their faults. Name: Rasfyr Rysfar
Age: 18
>Nickname: Pretty much anything starting with an R and he'll think it's him.
Personality: Rasfyr's quite naturally curious, careful to infer or detect whatever's available. He tends to hold a high caliber of conversation, upping a sense of 'poshness' in a feeble attempt at getting respect or something. Truthfully he just wants people to talk to a lot of the time, about anything, but often gets undercut by his anxieties.
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Pan
Ethnicity: White, British
Description: Rasfyr is about an average height of 5'8, likely not towering over anybody. Despite his height he's got some lean muscle, the kind for gymnastics or acrobatics, but he's not boasting any big guns. Or got any 'big guns' to boast about. He'll wear pretty much anything about the colour of cyan, often opting for a hoodie, jeans and vans-like shoes. He has dark brown hair that he lets grow too long (constantly swiping it out of his eyes), with piercing blue eyes.
Backstory: Rasfyr was practically brought up in a library, constantly reading fantasies he really wanted to believe, where people could be anything and face anything. He had a fairly usual upbringing, apart from his parents failing to ever understand something being wrong with him; their connection being pretty weak. He ended up keeping fairly to himself, their relationship turning from less of a family to more of a co-existence, leading to a sense of isolation - which only fueled his research into fantasy more.
Likes: Fantasy, reading, intellect.
Dislikes: Idiots, blunt people and oranges.
Weaknesses: Hit him with some hard truths and he'll probably crumble into TEARS.
Skills: Acrobatics/Gymnastics, and reading people.
